The Role of Covalent Functionalization in the Thermal Stability and Decomposition of Hybrid Layered Hydroxides

The room temperature synthesis of two Co-based hybrid layered hydroxides containing the same organic ligand (suberate [Sub]), one connected through purely electrostatic interactions (CoAl layered double hydroxide [LDH]), and the other covalently functionalized (α-CoII simonkolleite phase) has been carried out. The magnetic properties exhibit an acute difference in the magnetization temperatures (from ≈10 K for the CoAl-LDH to ≈55 K for the α-CoII). This study is based on fieldwork conducted using participant observation – including both direct observation of/participation in the activities of informers by the researcher, several interviews, and the analysis of pictures and various material – accomplished aboard some cruises (in the Mediterranean Sea) and on the mainland (in some of the destinations). La bibliografia que presentem avui és un intent d'inventariar tota l'obra de Joan Sales i Vallès (Barcelona, 1912-1983), ara que fa cent anys del naixement de l'autor.1 És, fonamentalment, una bibliografia d'escrits de premsa, de revistes i de tota classe de treball en volum. Així i tot hem inclòs en notes a peu de pàgina lectures-espectacle, adaptacions teatrals o enregistrament de textos de l'autor.
