Interprofessional collaboration during an emergency ward’s rounds

Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to explore interprofessional collaboration during ward rounds on a Finnish emergency and infection ward from the viewpoint of three central professional groups: physicians, nurses and secretaries. Design/methodology/approach – The authors utilise an ethnographically informed approach, with observations and interviews as the data collection devices. The data comprise ten interviews with staff members and ten hours of observations. The data were analysed using qualitative thematic analysis. Sun Induced Fluorescence Calibration and Validation for Field Phenotyping

Reliable measurements of Sun Induced Fluorescence (SIF) require a good instrument characterization as well as a complex processing chain. In this paper, we summarize the state of the art SIF retrieval methods and measurements platforms for field phenotyping. Furthermore, we use HyScreen, hyperspectral-imaging system for top of canopy measurements of SIF, as an example of the instrument requirements, data process, and data validation needed to obtain reliable measurements of SIF.

Hōsen - rīks 3D modeļu tekstūru krāsošanai un uzklāšanai

Hōsen ir lietojumprogrammatūra, ar kuras palīdzību var radīt dažāda veida tekstūras, kuras ir sastopamas datorgrafikā, piemēram, difūzijas tekstūras un normālkartes. Primārā funkcija ir ļaut lietotājam, zīmējot tekstūru, uzreiz redzēt kā tā izskatās uzklātā veidā uz trīsdimensionāla modeļa. Lietotājam ir iespējams importēt Wavefront .obj modeli, kā arī četras tekstūras (.bmp rastrus): difūzijas, normāļu karti, spekulāro karti un vides karti, kuras tiek izmantotas modeļa attēlošanai.

Zīmētu attēlu klasificēšana ar neironu tīkliem

Šī darba mērķis ir iepazīties un izvērtēt esošos zīmētu attēlu klasificēšanas rīkus uz sakropļotiem attēliem, kas ir raksturīgi pikseļgrafikā. Darba gaitā tika izstrādāta metode pikseļattēlu atpazīšanai, izmantojot skiču datu kopu QuickDraw. Pētījuma ietvaros ir salīdzināta Sketch-a-Net neironu tīkla arhitektūra un tiek izveidoti vairāki patvaļīgi konvolucionālie neironu tīkli skiču atpazīšanai. Pikseļattēla pirmsapstrādes ietvaros tiek piedāvāts depikselizācijas un kontrastējošās krāsu sliekšņa algoritms, lai pielīdzinātu pikseļattēlu skices īpatnībām. Papildus darbā tiek salīdzināta TU Berlin datu kopas efektivitāte ar QuickDraw datu kopu.

Kvalifikācijas darba mērķis ir ātra problēmu identificēšana sistēmās, ko iespējams panākt izveidojot grafikus un paziņojumus, kas ļaus administratoram un lietotājiem pārraudzīt esošos procesus centralizēti. Darbs tiks izstrādāts izmantojot Zabbix 3.0 pārvaldības sistēmu, lietojot Orabbix, kas ļaus monitorēt sistēmas procesus. Orabbix tiks ievietoti attiecīgi pieprasījumi, dati tiks iegūti no datubāzēm, kas tiks nosūtīti uz Zabbix, lai tiktu izveidoti grafiki vai saņemti atbilstoši paziņojumi. Ieviesta ērtāka grafiskā vide Grafana, kas dod iespēju aplūkot vairākus grafikus uz viena ekrāna un atspoguļos tos saprotamāk. Jebkurai lielai nopietnai sistēmai ir jābūt labi notestētai. Ja apskatīta sistēma ir tīmekļa vietne, grafiskās saskarnes testēšana kļūst tik pat svarīga, ka jebkāda cita veida testēšana. Darba ietvaros tiek izpētīta lietotnes grafiskās saskarnes testēšana uz reāla projekta piemēra, tiek izanalizētas testēšanā sastopamas problēmas un aprakstīti iespējamie risinājumi. Darba mērķis bija atrast un aprakstīt testēšanas paātrināšanas un efektivitātes palielināšanas veidus, izmantojot automatizāciju, kas uzlabos sistēmas kvalitāti un atvieglos testēšanas procesu. The Scopello area, which is located along the north-western Tyrrhenian coastal sector of the Sicilian chain (Italy), is widely affected by Deep-seated Gravitational Slope Deformation (DGSD) phenomena, which are mainly the result of a geomorphologic setting marked by the outcropping of an overthrust plan, limiting a brittle fractured carbonate slab, laid onto a ductile marly-clayey substratum. Due to the very advanced stage of the deformation phenomena, a coupled morphodynamic style has established between shallow landslides and DGSD phenomena, affecting the exhumed ductile substratum and the overlaying rigid dismantled slab, respectively.
