La lexicografia catalana moderna a les Illes Balears

The works on lexicography published in the Balearic Islands after the completion of the Diccionari Català-Valencià-Balear (1962) are described and analysed in this paper. These works are already fully inserted in the movement for the linguistic recovery undertaken the last twenty years. Especially, but not exclusively, the paper analyses the reflection on those works of the particularity of the Balearic dialect with regard to the Standard language; that is to say, the degree of vindication of the specific forms and words of the insular Catalan tacitly or explicitly accepted in the Standard frame.

L’articolo riporta e analizza i risultati del censimento dell’offerta formativa nel settore della Geomatica promosso nel 2011 dall’AUTeC. I dati vengono confrontati con quelli relativi al censimento del 2009; il confronto conferma la tendenza alla riduzione dell’offerta, in relazione soprattutto all’applicazione del nuovo ordinamento didattico e alla contrazione del numero dei docenti negli ultimi anni. Vengono presentate in conclusione alcune proposte per trovare spazi adeguati alla attività formativa del nostro settore.

Crystal-to-crystal transformations have been crucial in the understanding of solid-state processes, since these may be studied in detail by means of single crystal X-ray diffraction (SCXRD) techniques. The description of the mechanisms and potential intermediates of those processes remains very challenging. Thermal, spectroscopic and crystallographic analysis of mannose-derived linear polyols

The major diastereomer formed in the Barbier-type metal-mediated allylation of D-mannose has previously been shown to adopt a perfectly linear conformation, both in solid state and in solution, resulting in the formation of hydrogen-bonded networks and subsequent aggregation from aqueous solution upon stirring. Here, a comprehensive study of the solid state structure of both the allylated D-mannose and its racemic form has been conducted. Lo storico Diodoro è stato spesso ritenuto mediocre dalla tradizione moderna e utile solo come contenitore di storici precedenti le cui opere sono andate perdute. In realtà Diodoro è uno storico che possiede un suo grado di autonomia e va valutato nel suo complesso e come autore in sé definito. Scopo dell'articolo è mostrare questo qualità della sua Biblioteca Storica attraverso un sondaggio particolare, l'esame del termine synteleia.
