Purpose This study aims to highlight how easy it is for immigrants to break Italian law because of the country’s inadequate cultural and linguistic mediation service. Insufficiencies in this service also have a negative impact on both the psychological and physical health of migrant prisoners. Furthermore, Italian is used in legal disputes and prison, and reference is made to Italian culture, preventing migrants from understanding their position regarding the law. The Covid-19 pandemic is a global health emergency that requires immediate, effective action by governments to protect the health and basic human rights of everyone’s life. Refugees and migrants are potentially at increased risk because they typically live in overcrowded conditions often without access to basic sanitation. Since the beginning of the official lockdown for Covid-19, the medico-legal assessment of physical violence related to obtaining status or other forms of human protection has been frozen.
Placental alkaline phosphatase types in Germany

The phenotypes of placental alkaline phosphatase were determined in a sample of 231 Germans and 109 non-Germans. The observed gene frequencies of the German sample were \({\text{Pl}}^{{\text{S}}_{\text{1}} } {\text{ = 0}}{\text{.654}}\), \({\text{Pl}}^{{\text{F}}_{\text{1}} } {\text{ = 0}}{\text{.247}}\), and \({\text{Pl}}^{{\text{I}}_{\text{1}} } {\text{ = 0}}{\text{.097}}\). No association could be found with placental weight. Lower birth weight was correlated with an increase of the \({\text{Pl}}^{{\text{I}}_{\text{1}} } \) gene frequency.

Este trabajo presenta el diseño de un proyecto de investigación que está siendo desarrollado por la Unidad de Investigación de Psicología Social de la Universitat de Valéncia y el Ayuntamiento de Quart de Poblet, enmarcado en el programa europeo Regionet Integra, y cuyo objetivo es diseñar un Programa de itinerarios formativos para madres y padres de alumnos inmigrantes que facilite el proceso de escolarización de los alumnos y a la vez promueva la integración social de sus padres a través de la participación en el sistema educativo.

Gli autori sintetizzano tutte le informazioni bibliografiche e inedite sulle specie che sino al 30 agosto 2015 sono state contattate almeno una volta nelle 14 isole circumsiciliane (Eolie, Ustica, Egadi, Pantelleria e Pelagie), confrontando alla fine la lista complessiva con quella delle isole Maltesi. In totale sono ad oggi note 434 specie (isole Maltesi incluse); molte di esse hanno mostrato nel corso dei secoli una notevole capacità di colonizzazione, fluttuando nel tempo o addirittura estinguendosi e ricolonizzando alcune isole.
