New simple hydrophobic proline derivatives as highly active and stereoselective catalysts for the direct asymmetric aldol reaction in aqueous medium

New 4-substituted acyloxyproline derivatives with different hydrophobic properties of the acyl group were easily synthesized and used as catalysts in the direct asymmetric aldol reaction between cyclic ketones (cyclohexanone and cyclopentanone) and several substituted benzaldehydes. Reactions were carried out using water, this being the best reaction medium examined. Screening of these catalysts showed that compounds bearing the most hydrophobic acyl chains [4-phenylbutanoate and 4-(pyren-1-yl)butanoate] provided better results. This article aims to analyze international research on social interaction in administrative groups in the 2000s on the basis of a systematic examination of 62 peer-reviewed empirical research reports. Są to przestępstwa, z których popełniania sprawca uczynił sobie stałe źródło dochodu, albo przestępstwa popełniane w zorganizowanej grupie albo związku przestępczym, czy też przestępstwa o charakterze terrorystycznym. Darba mērķis ir pētīt kontrabandas noziedzīgus nodarījumus, kas pastrādāti organizētā grupā Krimināllikuma 190.panta izpratnē (ar grozījumiem, kas stājās spēkā ar 2015.gada 3.decembri). Aplūkot kontrabandas rašanās vēsturi, sākot no 1903.gada līdz mūsdienām. Izpētīt tās attīstību un problemātiku, mainoties politiskai un ekonomiskai situācijai. Autore veiks kontrabandas pamatsastāva un kvalificējošo pazīmju analīzi. Mēģinās izprast kontrabandas krimināltiesisko atbildību un tās atšķirību no administratīvā pārkāpuma. Darbā tiks veikts kontrabandas jēdziena salīdzinājums ar ārvalstu krimināltiesībām.
Intrinsic Lipschitz Graphs and Vertical β-Numbers in the Heisenberg Group

The purpose of this paper is to introduce and study some basic concepts of quantitative rectifiability in the first Heisenberg group $\mathbb{H}$. In particular, we aim to demonstrate that new phenomena arise compared to the Euclidean theory, founded by G. David and S. Semmes in the 90's. The theory in $\mathbb{H}$ has an apparent connection to certain nonlinear PDEs, which do not play a role with similar questions in $\mathbb{R}^{3}$. Our main object of study are the intrinsic Lipschitz graphs in $\mathbb{H}$, introduced by B. Franchi, R. Serapioni and F. Serra Cassano in 2006. Whitney forms are widely known as finite elements for differential forms. Whitney’s original definition yields first order functions on simplicial complexes, and a lot of research has been devoted to extending the definition to nonsimplicial cells and higher order functions. As a result, the term Whitney forms has become somewhat ambiguous in the literature. Our aim here is to clarify the concept of Whitney forms and explicitly explain their key properties.
