Cancer cells adapt their metabolism in response to signals from the microenvironment and proliferation. Thus, MonoUnsaturated Fatty Acid (MUFA) synthesis is increased in colon cancer cells, and associated with increased Stearoyl-CoA Desaturase (SCD) activity, the rate limiting enzyme of MUFA biosynthesis. Polyunsaturated Fatty Acid (PUFA), as isomers of conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), exert inhibitor activity on SCD-1 and have anti-cancer properties, but their mechanisms are not yet clear. This work is about geometric optimal control applied to celestial and quantum mechanics. We first dealt with the minimum fuel consumption problem of transfering a satellite around the Earth. This brought to the creation of the code HamPath which permits first of all to solve optimal control problem for which the command law is smooth. It is based on the Pontryagin Maximum Principle (PMP) and on the notion of conjugate point. This program combines shooting method, differential homotopic methods and tools to compute second order optimality conditions. Then we are interested in quantum control. The underwater archaeological campaigns carried out over twenty years, from 1970 to 1990, in the Saône valley, more particularly in the area of Chalon-sur-Saône, first by Louis Bonnamour and then by Annie Dumont, generated a considerable quantity of data concerning settlements, located on fjords or river banks. This documentation, stored at the Musée Denon in Chalon-sur-Saône, was the subject of new studies, initiated by Jean-Michel Treffort for the Ouroux-sur-Saône “Marnay” site and continued by Franck Ducreux, notably for the Chalon-sur-Saône “le gué des Piles” site. Enceintes néolithiques de Bourgogne

L'article fait le point sur les enceintes néolithiques identifiées dans les départements bourguignons, principalement Yonne et Côte d'Or. On dénombre ainsi environ 180 sites aménagés défensivement. En plaine, les enceintes privilégient l'installation le long des cours d'eau principaux (Yonne, Armançon, Serein, cours amont de la Saône), à la confluence avec un ru de moindre importance dont le bassin versant s'ouvre sur un "arrière pays" qui offre des opportunités d'échanges. Ainsi s'esquisse un modèle d'occupation du territoire qui débute avec le Cerny et qui évolue jusqu'au Néolithique récent.

Background: Intravesical instillation of bacille Calmette-Guérin (BCG) has been established as efficient therapy for superficial bladder carcinoma. Overall, intravesical BCG is well tolerated and results in complications of less than 5 %. However, adverse effects such as granulomatous prostatitis, pneumonitis, hepatitis, sepsis, and hypersensitivity reactions may occur. The reported rate for tuberculous orchitis after BCG intravesical therapy is 0.4 %. Il s'agit d'un cours d'analyse numérique qui a été dispensé à l'Université de Bourgogne en Master MIGS 1re Année (en 2019-2020, et 2020-2021). Il traite principalement de la résolution itérative de systèmes linéaires symétriques par gradient conjugué, et aussi de la résolution de systèmes linéaires mal posés par moindres carrés. Il vient en complément aux cours d'analyse numérique et d'optimisation que les étudiants ont suivi auparavant.

Los albores del Renacimiento peninsular ven nacer unas prácticas escénicas dependientes del Poder, creadas y desarrolladas en la Corte por los llamados padres del teatro castellano y portugués: Juan del Encina, Lucas Fernández y Gil Vicente. No siempre se ha prestado atención a su producción desde el punto de vista de la puesta en escena y aún menos a los actores que la ejecutaron.
