“Bull by the Horns” -project initiated landscape management and promoted biodiversity associated with diminishing High Nature Value farmland habitats in Finland. A specific focus was on grazed semi-natural grasslands and wood-pastures which are collectively referred to as traditional rural biotopes (TRBs). Collaboration among project workers, non-farming landowners, and cattle owners reintroduced grazing to abandoned pastures, and management was financed through agri-environmental payments. Tutkimukseni aiheena on selvittää kuntaliitoskeskusteluun kuuluvien käsitteiden vaikutusta kuntaliitosten toteuttamiseen ja kuinka käsitteet ovat vaikuttaneet poliittiseen diskurssiin ja toimintaan kuntaliitoksissa viimeisen noin 40 vuoden aikana virallisten tahojen ja tekstien kautta. Tutkimuksessa kuntaliitoskeskustelua tarkastellaan 1960-luvulta 2000-luvulle. Varsinainen analyysi jakautuu kolmeen päälukuun. Ensimmäinen käsittää ajanjakson 1960- ja 1970-luvut, toinen 1980-luvun ja osan 1990-luvusta. Human-centricity is considered a central aspect in the development and governance of artificial intelligence (AI). Various strategies and guidelines highlight the concept as a key goal. However, we argue that current uses of Human-Centered AI (HCAI) in policy documents and AI strategies risk downplaying promises of creating desirable, emancipatory technology that promotes human wellbeing and the common good. Kuntaorganisaatioiden asiakirjahallinnossa ollaan pikku hiljaa siirtymässä kohti sähköistä asiointia ja arkistointia. Siirtymistä sähköiseen aineiston hallintaan on arkistolaitoksen toimesta pyritty helpottamaan luomalla kunnille yhteinen tehtäväluokitus sekä edistämällä sähköisen arkistonmuodostussuunnitelman käyttöön siirtymistä. Tässä tutkielmassa selvitetään kuntaorganisaatioiden mielipiteitä kuntien yhteisestä tehtäväluokituksesta sekä eAMS:sta. Risk perception and gratitude mediate the negative relationship between COVID-19 management satisfaction and public anxiety

AbstractIn this study, we explored whether satisfaction with government management, perception of risk, and gratitude influenced public anxiety during the COVID-19 pandemic in China. Using a cross-sectional, anonymous and confidential online survey, a nationwide sample of Chinese adults (N = 876) was targeted between March 25–March 30, 2020, a period in which newly confirmed cases significantly declined in China. The anxiety level was decreased as compared to that assessed during the peak period. Avustamista toimeenpanevat ministeriöt, tulosohjatut virastot sekä muut asiantuntijaorganisaatiot. Artikkelimme tutkii kulttuurihallinnon virkakunnan vallankäyttöä opetus- ja kulttuuriministeriön (OKM) valtionavustuspolitiikassa. Ymmärrämme kulttuurihallinnon ohjausvälineineen merkittävänä valtaa käyttävänä organisaatiorakenteena.
