En este artículo se estudian los delitos de acoso laboral y acoso sexual en el trabajo. Se analizan los elementos de los tipos delictivos y se intenta, cuando es posible, aportar una visión laboral que posibilite una mejor aplicación práctica de la represión penal de estas conductas violentas.

Agresiones entre Adolescentes a través del Teléfono Móvil y de Internet

El objetivo del presente estudio fue analizar la prevalencia de agresores adolescentes (cyberbullies) a través de las nuevas tecnologías de la información y de la comunicación (Internet y teléfono móvil). También, se examinaron las diferencias de género y de curso según el tipo de agresiones tecnológicas realizadas por el adolescente. La muestra estuvo formada por 1390 adolescentes de edades comprendidas entre los 12 y los 17 años. Los resultados indicaron que casi un tercio de los adolescentes han agredido a sus iguales a través de las nuevas tecnologías en el último año. This study investigated the relationships between sexual (verbal and non-verbal sexual harassment) and physical violence against physical education (PE) teachers and work-related stress. Participants were 175 (females 122, males 53) Finnish PE teachers aged between 27 and 62 years. Sexual harassment is a societal challenge. Youth, women, students, and health care professionals are some of the groups most at risk for experiencing sexual harassment. In this study, we examine how higher education institutions and practice institutions handle sexual harassment and how students in practical training experience and cope with sexual harassment. Cyberharassment Victimization on Three Continents : An Integrative Approach

This article introduces and applies an integrative model of cyberharassment victimization. The model combines routine activity theory (RAT), the general theory of crime (GTC), and the personal resources approach to analyze risk factors for victimization while acknowledging the protective role of a sense of mastery. Survey respondents were aged 15 to 25 years (N = 4816) from the U.S., Finland, Spain, and South Korea. Logistic regression models were used to analyze cyberharassment victimization. This study examined relationships between teachers’ perceptions of verbal and non-verbal sexual harassment and physical violence against teachers and among students in physical education (PE). Though the proclivity of sexual-related harassments in African journalism is high, the rates of reporting of these incidences and empirical studies are low. Using a gendered approach, the study presents and exploratory inquiry into the lived experiences and impressions of Ghanaian female journalists about incidences of sexual harassments.
