Humans make efforts to manage their lives, and they do this by setting goals and making decisions. When they commit to their decisions, they construct their identity. This research aimed to study young people’s personal goal contents and appraisals, and how these constructs were related to identity and career identity development and subjective well-being. This article explores socially withdrawn young Finnish people on an Internet forum who identify with the Japanese hikikomori phenomenon. We aim to overcome the dualism between sociology and psychology found in earlier research by referring to Pierre Bourdieu, who provides insights into how individual choices are constructed in accordance with wider social settings. Tutkielma pyrkii valottamaan oikeuskäytännön valossa yrittäjän sekä sijoittajan mahdollisuutta vaikuttaa hänen tulolajien väliseen tulojen allokaatioon sekä tuoda esiin niitä keinoja, joita yrityksellä on käytettävissä henkilöstön palkitsemiseen normaalia palkanmaksua kevyemmin keinoin. Näkökulma on yrittäjä ja pk-yritys keskeinen keskittyen suomalaiseen verotukseen. Anglikāņu Baznīcas Svētā Pestītāja draudzes Rīgā Zupas virtuves koncepcija

Šīs darbs ir pētījums par Anglikāņu Baznīcas Svētā Pestītāja draudzes Rīgā sociālu kalpošanu. Pētījumā izvirzītais mērķis – izpetīt anglikāņu draudzes zupas virtuves darbu un identificēt tas koncepciju. Darbā izmantotās metodes ir daļēji strukturētās intervijas un literatūras salidzīnoša analīze. Pētījuma gaitā apstiprināta darbā izvirzīta tēze - ka anglikāņu draudzes zupas virtuves viesiem līdzās materiālām vajadzībām svarīgi piepildīt arī viņu eksistenciālās vajadzības un nepieciešamību pēc atbalstošas kopienas. Šāds pētījums vēl nav līdz šim veikts.
