A two part overview of the techniques used by Honoré Fragonard to create and preserve (mainly against the insects) cutaway anatomical figures (" écorchés ") of animals or humans. The first part summarise the techniques preparing the dry anatomical specimens at that time, according to contemporary bibliographical data: selection and preparation of the bodies, then injection of the various organs and tissues (e.g: muscles, nerves, lymph and blood vessels, placenta etc.). In this article, we present a method to carry out a computerized epigraphic survey of historic stones and their engraved epigraphy. In fact, the preservation of archaeological objects has always been an issue of concern for the research community. On the one hand, the fragility of the objects limits their study. On the other hand, such objects are housed in museums, libraries, and institutions worldwide, locations that significantly limit their accessibility. L’accompagnement archéologique des travaux de rénovation du centre ville de Luxeuilles-Bains a permis de mettre au jour un nombre important de structures archéologiques dontl’analyse et la cartographie offrent une meilleure compréhension du paysage monumental de laville, depuis la fin de l’Antiquité jusqu’aux périodes modernes et contemporaines. Des traces trèslacunaires suggèrent une occupation de cette partie de la ville dès le Haut-Empire.
