ERMENEUSI E DIRITTO

2013

This essay discusses Heidegger’s hermeneutical phenomenology and hermeneutical circle through juridical interpretation. The purpose is to show how jurists, judges and lawmakers can make, by means of juridical interpretation, more prolific the same hermeneutical circle. It’s about the vitality opposed to static nature of opus magnum Sein und Zeit’s hermeneutical circle. New perspective examines in depth Heidegger’s hermeneutical phenomenology, compared to Husserl’s understanding, and develops in different fields of study, such as theology, psychoanalysis, and the same law.

Between constitution and interpretation: Identity as history

2015

The paper focuses on the possibilities to constitute meaning in the „borderline- situations“ (Jaspers) of the social sphere, such as the loss of validity of orientation within and experience of reality in the socially shared structures of the lifeworld. On the one hand, I will refer to A. Schutz’ and his constitution-analysis of foreign understanding and of shared meaning; on the other hand, I bear onto I. Kertesz literary project to narrate the biography of an Auschwitz-survivor as close to his experiential perspective as possible. I will focus both on the concept of constitution and of interpretation with respect to their enabling of the transcending of a typologized everyday’s world whic…

Hermenéutica genealógica desde el cuerpo

2009

L’antropologia filosofica di Remo Cantoni: umanismo critico, “connessione orizzontale” e partecipazione

2016

The paper proposes a critical reflection on Remo Cantoni’s philosophical thought, with particular regards to his anthropological point of view that addresses concepts such as “critical humanism” and “horizontal connection”. The strict relationship between anthropology and participation are his main topics on which he has made outstanding remarks in the second decade of XXth century in the Italian cultural panorama. Since his early works, Cantoni points out the need to develop a different way of analysing the pluridimensionality of human beings and widely debates contemporary European cultural context after the end of World War II. The paper tries to put in evidence how Cantoni’s anthropolog…

Próba implementacji techniki rysunku na dowolny temat na grunt praktyki pedagogicznej

2022

Being old and living alone in urban areas: the meaning of self-care and health on the perception of life situation and identity

2013

- Published article -cc-by-nc Background: Living alone in urban areas when getting old is an important and necessary field for research as the growth of the urban population worldwide increases, and due to the fact that people live longer. How older people manage their self-care and health, and how this might influence their identity and life situation may be very important to understand when planning for a new, upcoming older generation. The aim of this study was to elucidate the meaning of self-care and health for the perception of life situation and identity among single-living older individuals in urban areas in southern Norway. Methods: A phenomenological–hermeneutic approach inspired …

Ageing in an autobiographical context

2000

A cohort study was carried out in 1990 in Jyväskylä, central Finland among 80-year-old residents as part of the Evergreen project. A total of 262 people born in 1910 were interviewed. In addition to epidemiological data, tape-recorded narrative stories focusing on the ageing experience were collected from a subsample of 20 people (10 men and 10 women). A five-year follow-up was carried out with the same cohort in 1995. Out of the 20 people in the original subsample, 17 (8 women and 9 men) were still alive to describe their ageing experience at 85. The analysis proceeded along the hermeneutic circle in the form of dialogue, first with the elderly narrators and then with the tape-recorded mat…
