Trzydzieści lat stosunków polsko-niemieckich w cieniu historii (1990–2020)

Celem artykułu jest ukazanie dominacji historii w stosunkach polsko-niemieckich od przełomu lat 80. i 90. XX w. po czasy współczesne. Trzydzieści minionych lat podzielono na cztery podokresy i zaprezentowano dominujące w nich kwestie historyczne. Wybrane przykłady problemów z przeszłości i debaty, jakie toczyły i toczą się nadal na ich temat, świadczą dobitnie o ich ogromnym znaczeniu dla rozwoju relacji między Polakami a Niemcami. Szczególną uwagę poświęcono kwestii budowy w Niemczech pomnika polskich ofi ar II wojny światowej.

Celem artykułu jest ukazanie dyskursu o upamiętnieniu zbrodni wołyńskiej na forum parlamentu III RP. Praca oparta została o analizę materiałów pochodzących bezpośrednio z polskiego parlamentu, takich jak: sprawozdania stenograficzne z posiedzeń Sejmu, sprawozdania stenograficzne z posiedzeń sejmowych komisji, ale również o doniesienia medialne, publikowane w Internecie i prasie codziennej. Tekst otwiera synteza polskich debat nad samym zagadnieniem polityki historycznej oraz komparatystyka jej dwóch dominujących na przełomie XX i XXI w. nurtów: liberalnego i konserwatywnego. International audience; During the Central European Iron Age, more specifically between 600 and 100 BC, red precious corals (Corallium rubrum) became very popular in many regions, often associated with the so-called (early) Celts. Red corals are ideally suited to investigate several key questions of Iron Age research, like trade patterns or social and economic structures. While it is fairly easy to distinguish modern C. rubrum from bone, ivory or shells, archaeologists are confronted with ancient, hence altered, artifacts. Le pont des Grilles de la Basse-Seille (fin XIVe siècle), ancienne porte d’eau de l’enceinte urbaine de Metz

The bridge des Grilles de la Basse-Seille is one of the last vestiges of the medieval fortification in Metz. It is one of rare examples of fortified bridge in France. Built in the end of the 14th century, it is backfilled in 1911 and only its upper section is visible. An archaeological and historic study was made in 2011 to understand the configuration and the functioning of the bridge in the Middle Ages.
Étude d'inclusions végétales dans des tessons de poterie ou des matériaux de construction

Vegetal inclusions embedded in clayey materials (cob, ceramic, mudbrick) are investigated by using impregnation of the porous material with a fluorescent polymer. The micro-casting of the porosity is exploited by following two ways. Sections of the treated samples are examined under UV-light, showing vegetal structures amenable to a botanical identification and quantification. Moreover, micro-casts embedded in the mineral matrix have been successfully sorted. This new application is a tool to study archaeological samples previously not amenable to the work of archaeobotanists and to expand their field of investigation.

Una de las cuestiones más debatidas en la filosofía del Derecho de los últimos años es la de la obsolescencia del positivismo jurídico: ¿sigue siendo el iuspositivismo una corriente de pensamiento vigente? ¿Hemos trascendido sus fundamentos, entrando así en una nueva era? ¿O bien estamos asistiendo a un momento de quiebra de sus bases, es decir, a caballo entre dos etapas?
