In this study, we analyze concisely the evolution of the forms adopted by the script of the Crown of Aragon, from 1137 until 1474. The chronological period analyzed includes the formal variations of the gothic and the humanistic ones. We have not only described the external aspect and the chronology for both of them, but we have also tried to rebuild the different contexts of use of the writing and the formal characteristics that it adopted, as far as the different functionality is concerned. In this essay I will suggest Leo Marx’s debt to a style of thinking about technology which cuts against the grain of the liberal humanism and liberal progressive ideology that informs his writing. This style of thinking, associated with the word technicity, underscores the intimacy of our relation to technology. The Machine in the Garden insists that technology is a crucial aspect of our human nature—it encourages us to see that nature is inseparable from our technological condition. Resume: La poesie hexametrique d’E. Strozzi, poete neolatin fort prise pour sa maitrise de la versification et son innutrition achevee des sources latines, offre deux apologies de Cesar Borgia. L’une, breve (d’une soixantaine de vers), incluse dans un epyllion cynegetique de plus de 900 vers, campe le Valentinois de son vivant en chasseur et conquerant magnanime. L’autre prend la forme d’un long epicede (492 v.). Certes E. Resum: La figura literària de Griselda és mostra fefaent de la dona maltractada psicològicament. Des del conte de la literatura popular -font del Decameró-, tanmateix, ha anat canviant de status. A fi d’observar el recorregut als segles següents, cal partir de les versions medievals de Petrarca i de Boccaccio, lligades a la de Metge, ja que el relat es difon a través de les versions en llatí, italià i català.
