CVG-ICP-OES -menetelmän käyttö elohopean analysointiin eläinkudoksesta

Tässä Pro gradu –tutkielmassa käsitellään elohopean määritystä eläinkudoksesta kemiallinen höyryn muodostus induktiivisesti kytketty plasma optinen emissio spektrometria –menetelmällä (CVG-ICP-OES) ja siihen liittyvää näytteenkäsittelyä. Tutkimuksen kirjallisessa osassa käydään läpi muun muassa eri näytteenliuotusmenetelmiä, analyysimenetelmiä, tutkittavien metallien pelkistämistä CVG-ICP-OES –analyysiä varten ja CVG-ICP-OES –analyysissä esiintyviä häiriöitä. Näytteenliuotusosassa keskitytään pääasiassa tutkimuksessa käytetyn ultraäänihajotuksen esittelyyn, tämän lisäksi myös muita yleisiä näytteenliuotusmenetelmiä esitetään. In Finland, the most radical ongoing school reform is fading out the borders around school subjects to better prepare young people for future challenges. The new National curricular guidelines include phenomenon - based learning (PhBL) at all school levels. In teacher education, we have adopted a project - based approach for accustoming teachers to this change. Communities of learners with diverse areas of expertize are called together to accomplish projects, along with student teachers. The significance in Finland of shipping on inland waterways has been great. This is due to the topography of the country with its many lakes and to the fact that the vast waterways in their natural state were easily navigable. The construction of canals resulted in even more extensive interconnected inland waterways. This study explores the tasks of the steamships plying these internal waterways, their numbers and significance, and also changes and the reasons for these between different inland waterways, as regards different types of vessels and shipowners in the period from the 1870s to the 1960s.
