Nykymaailmassa arjessa selviäminen ja tiedonhankinta edellyttää lukutaitoa. Pro gradu -tutkielmani on osa Niilo Mäki Instituutin Lukemissujuvuuden kehityksen tukeminen kouluiässä -hanketta. Syksyllä 2013 järjestettiin lukemissujuvuusinterventio, joka koostui kahdesta erilaisesta jaksosta, joilla pyrittiin vaikuttamaan lukemisen sujuvuuteen. Jaksoja voidaan kutsua morfologisen tietoisuuden jaksoksi ja toistavan morfeemien lukemisen jaksoksi. Tämä työ liittyy morfologisen tietoisuuden jaksoon ja siinä käytettäviin tehtäviin. Tässä tutkimuksessa selvitettiin optimismin ja tavoiteristiriitojen yhteyksiä työn imuun ja työuupumukseen nuorilla esimiehillä. Tutkimuksen lähtöoletuksena oli, että optimistit kokevat tavoiteristiriitojen kielteiset vaikutukset hyvinvointiin muita vähäisempinä. Tämän lisäksi korkean optimismin oletettiin olevan yhteydessä vähäisempiin tavoiteristiriitoihin. Tutkimuksessa selvettiin myös tavoiteristiriitojen vaikutuksia työhyvinvointiin. Tutkimuksessa muuttujien vaikutuksia työhyvinvointiin selvitettiin poikkileikkaus- ja pitkittäistutkimusasetelmassa. Šis darbs ir pētījums par attēla un teksta mijiedarbību mūsdienu franču fotoliterārajos darbos. Šī darba mērķis ir analizēt saikni starp tekstu un fotogrāfisko tēlu un izpētīt teksta vai fotogrāfijas klātbūtnes ietekmi uz foto-literārajiem darbiem. Teorētisko korpusu veido tādu pētnieku kā Roland Barthes, Jean-Paul Sartre, Ferdinand de Saussure, Charles Pierce un Groupe μ zinātniskie darbi. Praktiskajā daļā tiek analizēti mūsdienu franču mākslinieku foto-literārarie darbi. Šajā pētījumā tiek izmantota aprakstoša, kvalitatīva un ikonogrāfiska analīzes. Lai apkopotu iegūtos rezultātus, esam izstrādājuši foto literārā darba klasifikācijas kritērijus.

Lead-acid batteries are now widely used for energy storage, as result of an established and reliable technology. In the last decade, several studies have been carried out to improve the performance of this type of batteries, with the main objective to replace the conventional plates with innovative electrodes with improved stability, increased capacity and a larger active surface.
