In analysing the relationship between architecture and urban planning, this paper starts from Leonardo Benevolo’s declaration (in 1963) that defines the latter as “a part of politics required to concretize each operational program”. So, while waiting for the long expected reform, urban planning – once as well as today – needs a complete overhaul to get a better understanding of its role and relationship with politics. This work presents an updated dichotomous key to all snake species of Europe, based on morphological, morphometric and distributional characters. It gathers data from both the last dichotomous keys concerning European snake species and every following paper giving updates on taxonomic classification or the occurrence of new allochthonous species. The key includes 58 snake taxa, including 57species and one still unnamed taxon, distributed on the European territory, and photographic material for each species. La gran mayoría de niños con infección por VIH presentan, dentro de sus primeros signos de enfermedad, manifestaciones orales. Estas lesiones orales no están producidas directamente por dicho virus, son manifestaciones asociadas a la infección por VIH, ya que no son patognomónicas de la infección. Algunas de estas lesiones orales tienen un valor pronóstico de cara a la evolución de la infección y la aparición de SIDA, independientemente de otros marcadores de uso más común.
