Nøkkelinformantene i denne oppgaven bestod av syv kroppsøvingslærere fordelt på seks ulike skoler i Agder. Data har blitt innsamlet ved hjelp av kvalitativ metode hvor det ble gjennomført individuelle semistrukturerte intervjuer. Dataanalysen består av en tematisk analyse. However, there is an inter-individual variation in the response to exercise and the tolerability to high-intensity exercise.
