Abstract There is little information on the ecological composition of snow on roads as well as the toxic effect of de-icing salt on the ecological status of the street trees ( Tilia x vulgaris H.) in Latvia. Tilia x vulgaris is one of the most widespread tree species of street greenery in the boreo-nemoral zone – in Central, Northern and Eastern Europe. ResumenEl burnout o «síndrome del trabajador quemado» ha demostrado tener una gran importancia en el campo de las ventas. Sin embargo, no se han encontrado estudios que analicen en profundidad su opuesto, el engagement. El presente trabajo trata de profundizar en los antecedentes y efectos de un concepto integrador de ambos opuestos denominado burnout-engagement. Para ello, se realiza un estudio sobre 107 vendedores de distintos sectores. Los datos obtenidos, dado el tamaño de la muestra, son analizados mediante el sistema PLS. La investigación estudia, desde una perspectiva de género, la realidad de las familias monoparentales encabezadas por una mujer en función de las vías de entrada y el papel de las relaciones de solidaridad informal sobre los procesos de exclusión e integración social en su dimensión económica, referida al mercado laboral y la conciliación trabajo-familia. In dieser Kasuistik wird der Fall einer tuberkulosen Destruktion des rechten Sakroliakalgelenks eines 56-jahrigen Patienten vorgestellt. Auffallig sind die verspatete Diagnose durch Verwechslung der Beschwerdesymptomatik mit einer Lumbalgie durch Bandscheibenprolaps und die Abszedierung entlang der Psoasmuskulatur und in die umgebende intra- und extrapelvine Muskulatur. Die Therapie ist eine chirurgische, die durch eine einjahrige medikamentose Kombinationstherapie erganzt wird.

The “difficult” preparation of iliac vessels in the kidney transplant recipient caused by a perivascular fibrosis with satellite lymphadenopathy is sometimes burdened by post-transplant complications (lymphocele, seroma and hematoma). Objective: This study compared the effects of three different methods of preparing bone implant sockets (drilling, osteotomes, and piezoelectric device) on osseointegration using resonance frequency analysis (RFA). Study Design: An experimental prospective study was designed. Material and Methods: Ten adult beagle dogs were studied. After 5 weeks, 23 out of 28 initially placed implants in the iliac crest were evaluated, comparing these three different procedures of bone implant socket. Abstract The SiliaCat Pd(0) solid catalyst can be efficiently employed in the Suzuki–Miyaura cross-coupling of an ample variety of haloarenes, including economically viable chloroarenes. The catalyst can be extensively recycled without loss of activity and with low leaching of valued palladium, opening the route to widespread utilization of the method to afford high yields of biaryls devoid of contaminating by-products.
