Tämä tutkielma käsittelee kysymystä itsemurhan moraalisesta oikeutuksesta. Tutkielman pääasiallisena tarkoituksena on lähestyä aihetta libertarismiin kuuluvien oikeus- ja vapauskäsityksien kautta, joissa omasta kuolemastaan päättäminen nähdään henkilön luonnollisten moraalioikeuksien jatkumona. Darbā “Vardarbība kā sabiedrībā iekļauta norma” risināts jautājums par vardarbības kā iekļautas normas pastāvēšanu sabiebrībā. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot, kas ir vardarbība, analizējot jēdzienu “vardarbība”, pievēršoties definīcijām dažādās sfērās un raksturojot dažādus vardarbības izpausmju veidus. Darba pirmajā daļā ir aplūkots jēdziens “vardarbība”, tā skaidrojumi, definīciju variācijas un attiecības ar citiem jēdzieniem. AbstractCompared to the extensive amount of literature on various themes of W.V.O. Quine’s philosophy, his immanent concept of truth remains a relatively unexplored topic. This relative lack of research contributes to a persistent confusion on the deflationary and inflationary details of Quine’s truth. According to a popular reading, Quine’s disquotational definition of the truth predicate exhausts the topic of truth, thus amounting to a deflationary view. Others promote opposing interpretations. La primera és un recull exhaustiu d’obres sobre la vellesa al llarg de la història amb la finalitat de comprovar com ha estat considerada en la tradició literària occidental i poder establir paral·lelismes o diferències amb Reflexions de la vellesa. La segona part se centra en el dietari pòstum d’Anna Murià: el fet de reflexionar íntimament sobre l’ancianitat i tot allò que la concerneix, a partir de la pròpia experiència, contribueix a considerar la peça, des d’aquesta perspectiva, com una mostra única.

The study of auxiliary verbs in compound tenses («haver» vs. «Ésser») in Old Catalan is a topic discussed in many works. But no research deeply analysing literary works of the time and using an accurate methodology is available. Our purpose is to show that so significant medieval literary works such as «Llibre de Meravelles» by Ramon Llull, «Llibre dels Fets» by King James I & «Tirant lo Blanch», can also provide very valuable information to understand the phenomenon of change of auxiliary. Referring to usage frequencies, we show that chronology plays a great role in these alternations and outline a whole series of factors that explain the observed evolutive tendencies.
