Characteristics of Intrapreneurs in Scale-Intensive Service Firms

2014

This empirical paper explores the work of employees in charge of service innovation when firms develop and launch new scale-intensive services by addressing two research questions: i) How do employees responsible for service innovation work? and ii) what are the related managerial implications when developing and launching new scale-intensive services? 2012

In this paper we address the role of ICT-related intangible assets in organizational innovation. For connectedness and flexibility, an agile ICT infrastructure and information management services are needed. Through a Delphi study, we identified several factors hindering organizational innovation, and formulated a set of indicators and related metrics for improvement. Inquiry Based Learning and Responsible Research and Innovation: Examples of Interdisciplinary Approaches at Different Schooling Levels

2021

The Inquiry-Based approach to Science Education (IBSE) is presented in scienti#c literature (Hake, 1998; Sharma et al., 2010) and in research projects reports (e.g. ESTABLISH, 2010; SAILS, 2014) as a credible solution to the reported lack of ef#cacy of more ‘traditional’ educative approaches, especially when focused on Research and Innovation (RRI) (Sutcliffe, 2006; IRRESISTIBLE, 2013; Ark of Inquiry, 2013). IBSE is an inductive approach to science teaching that considers direct experience at the center of learning. Two faces of internationalisation of administrative policy : between government innovation and transgovernmental imitation

2004

Whereas domestic public policy is increasingly penetrated by international governmental organisations, domestic government institutions seem less adaptive. This puzzle triggers the following question: To what extent is the internationalisation of domestic administrative policy moulded by domestic government? Put more starkly, how intimate relationships exist between domestic government decision-making and domestic policy? The paper outlines one organisation theory perspective emphasising a tight coupling of ministerial decision-making and administrative policy, and one supplementary perspective advocating a loose coupling of government decision-making and administrative policy through trans…
