In this study, vitro-derived plantlets of âCarrizoâ citrange were inoculated with Glomus intraradices during the acclimatization phase, from in vitro to in vivo. Plantlets were grown in presence (+M) and in absence of inoculum (-M) and in addition, in sterile and non-sterile substrate. After three months of culture, some vegetative parameters and the level of infection, varied greatly in the different theses. Berries have frequently been cited as causing gastroenteritis and acute hepatitis outbreaks due to enteric virus contamination, including human norovirus and hepatitis A virus (HAV). Model experiments were performed to evaluate the potential use of viability RT-qPCR to assess the thermal inactivation of norovirus genotype I (GI), GII, and HAV on raspberries, blueberries and strawberries. The lactic acid populations of 2 seasonal Puzzone di Moena cheeses made from winter and summer raw cow's milk were characterized at different ripening times. Lactic acid bacteria (LAB) were isolated on selective media and subjected to genetic typing and identification. The species most frequently found during ripening were Lactobacillus paracasei ssp. paracasei, Lactobacillus plantarum, and Pediococcus pentosaceus. Using a range of parameters, the ability of rats (Rattus norvegicus) to successfully transmit Echinostoma friedi to the next host was examined under experimental conditions. The concept of Experimental Transmission Success (TM), defined as the number of hosts that become successfully infected after exposure to a number of infective stages produced by a previous host per unit of inoculation at which this latter host was exposed, was introduced.
