Presentamos en estas páginas once nuevas inscripciones romanas sobre diversos soportes, que han aparecido en la última década en diferentes excavaciones en localidades próximas a Valencia y en la propia ciudad, todas ellas dentro del territorium de la antigua Valentia. This article presents eleven new Roman inscriptions on various supports that were found in the last decade in different excavations in locations situated in the vicinity of Valencia and in the city itself, all of them within the territorium of the ancient city of Valentia.

This report presents the results of a second series of excavations carried out between the oppidum of Boviolles and the ancient city of Nasium. It affects an occupation dated between La Tène D2 and the beginning of the augustean period, characterized by a causeway linking the two entities, a level delivering traces of artisanal activities, wells and a cooking kiln. This occupation is also characterized by the presence of the Roman army embodied in many militaria. This presence is central to the issue of the development of the ancient settlement of Nasium.

International audience; This article attempts to demonstrate the criteria used in the organization of funerary spaces at the end of Antiquity. Amongthose elements that structure the funerary space, the enclosure trench, understood as a delimiting characteristic or a place for the deposit of objects, seems to have been of decreasing importance. The age of the deceased affects the choice of siting of the grave and treatment of the body, while deposits of grave goods seem little linked to the age of the deceased. The metal finds associated to storage, food and liquids preparation and cooking comprise multipurpose and specific instruments. The first two phases are illustrated by rather few utensils: buckets, barrels, jugs and boilers, knives and other cleavers. Three cooking patterns are used for the third phase. The first one, simmering, needs hinged cauldrons, assembled or in one piece, maintained above the hearth by suspension chains, but also cauldrons and pots (jars) put down on cooking stands.
