Cette expérience recouvre les échanges, passés comme actuels, entre plusieurs acteurs de la recherche comme des professionnels en activité, tous impliqués dans des démarches d’intelligence territoriale, liées à l’action sociale, sanitaire, culturelle, à l’aménagement du territoire, ou encore aux politiques publiques au sens large.

This communication makes a state of the coordination activities carried out by the 6th work package "Tools for actors" of the CAENTI, Coordination Action of the European Network of Territorial Intelligence. Initially conceived in 1989, CATALYSE method of territorial intelligence is since 1994 the object of applications in about twenty regions of Europe. Its evolution is one research object of the European Network of Territorial Intelligence (ENTI/REIT). The communication exposes the fundamental concepts of the territorial intelligence.
