BACKGROUND The novel Totaltrack combines a supraglottic airway device with video laryngoscopic tracheal intubation. The intubation laryngeal mask Fastrach is an established device without visual control of intubation. We hypothesized that supraglottic ventilation success with Totaltrack would be similar to Fastrach, but intubation would be performed faster due to visual control of the procedure. Abstract This paper presents the current situation of school practice and internships as ways of reducing the gap between the labor market and education. In the first part, there is highlighted the current situation of Romania comparing with other European countries when it comes about graduates finding a job in their field of studies. Among the biggest issues encountered by a young graduate we see that "Lack of experience” play a big role in not finding a proper job in our country after graduation. Background: Umbilical Venous Catheter (UVC) are commonly used in neonatal period; they can be not correctly positioned and could be associated with complications. The purpose of this article is to suggest a flow-chart to evaluate the placement of UVC, testing it in young radiologists-in-training. Method: We developed a simple flow-chart to asses, steps by step, UVC placement considering its course and tip location (ideally placed in the atriocaval junction). Erasmus + KA2 programme project “Fostering Competencies Development in Belarusian Higher Education – FOSTERC” consortium partners have met for the Final Conference in Minsk, Belarus, on the 6 th of December 2019. It was an exciting moment. “FOSTERC” consortium worked together since 2016, many meetings, trainings, common research and creative work have been implemented in a cooperative way. The final “FOSTERC” event has summarised transformations and novelties that have been created in Belarus higher education institutions during the last three years. This article shortly reviews some insights and solutions that have been discussed during the “FOSTERC” conference in Minsk.
