The present work has the objective to offer a theoretical-methodological approximation respect of the leadership’s phenomenon. By virtue of the fact that such phenomenon is understood as a complex and multiderminated construct, we will approach the different theoretical schools which have tried to explain it. Also, it is attempted to answer the question about the possibility to evaluate the mentioned construct. To answer this interrogation we will present the different methodologies employed in scientific research and their possible advantages and limitations of their application to the leadership’s evaluation.

L’exemple choisi pour cette mise en relation de données est le fromage, dont les différents paramètres et spécificités ont été renseignés dans l’ontologie.

Research on emotion conducted so far has ignored situations where the subject experiences a certain emotion, but where the external stimulus that evoked and upholds this emotion suddenly disappears. This kind of situation, however, is relatively common in everyday life. This article attempts to recognize certain consequences of those conditions under which the stimuli justifying our experience of such emotional states as fear or joy suddenly disappear. How guilt or innocence is constructed in Finnish suspects written police records
 The present study focuses on written police records in Finland. The aim is to investigate how guilt or innocence is constructed in written police records. The research data contains 168 copy of suspects police records from Helsinki, Tampere and Turku police departments. Police records are being analyzed by using the discursive and linguistic approach. The results show that there are nine discursive categories in which guilt is constructed.
