Type B Coxsackieviruses (CVBs) belong to the enterovirus genus, and they cause both acute and chronic diseases in humans. CVB infections usually lead to flu-like symptoms but can also result in more serious diseases such as myocarditis, aseptic meningitis and life-threatening multi-organ infections in young infants. Narratives of Spousal Support for the Careers of Men in Managerial Posts

This article analyses the narratives of men managers to see how they perceive their wives' support in relation to their careers. Our aim is to focus on different forms of spousal support and explore how the support can evolve in the course of the men's careers. We are also interested in what kind of gender relations men produce when narrating their experiences of spousal support for their career. A father’s mental health is important for family well-being, but research is scarce on paternal symptoms during the transition to fatherhood. This study identified fathers’ latent mental health trajectory classes from the pre- to postnatal period and examined their associations with early fathering experiences. Although parental burnout has been acknowledged as a unique psychological condition that can have serious consequences to families, most research so far has been conducted with mothers. The present study investigated how the descriptions of parenting-related demands and resources differ between burned-out and non-burned-out fathers. Furthermore, we examined what kinds of support or services fathers need to increase their wellbeing as parents. Tutkimuksen tarkoituksena on selvittää millaisista asioista koti-isien arki koostuu ja mitä he tuottavat jaksamisestaan pitämiensä blogikirjoitusten mukaan. Tutkimusaineisto koostuu kuuden eri koti-isän, joilla on vähintään yksi alle kolmevuotias lapsi, pitämistä blogikirjoi-tuksista. Tutkimusaineisto on analysoitu käyttäen aineistolähtöistä sisällönanalyysia. Tutkimuksellisina näkökulmina ovat arki ja hyvinvointi. Koti-isät toivat esille blogikirjoituksissaan olevansa aktiivisia arjen toimijoita, jotka kantavat kotitöistä ja lapsista päävastuun puolison ollessa työelämässä.
