La violencia de género es un problema de salud pública de proporciones epidémicas con serias consecuencias para la salud física y psicológica de las víctimas, sus hijos y la sociedad en su conjunto. W artykule zawarto teoretyczne rozważania dotyczące oceny zależności pomiędzy poziomami rywalizacji i wykluczenia, cechującymi elementy systemu transportowego, a spełnianiem postulatów transportowych stawianych przez użytkowników transportu osobowego. Przedstawiono przykłady różnych rodzajów dóbr tworzących systemy transportowe oraz możliwe oddziaływanie poziomów rywalizacji i wykluczenia na zaspokojenie oczekiwań użytkowników transportu. Wykazano, że oddziaływanie to jest istotne, wpływa bowiem na poziom realizacji postulatów transportowych, a zatem i atrakcyjność poszczególnych form przemieszczania się osób oraz na wybory i zachowania transportowe. Our recent data suggest that during auto- and allograft recognition in sponges (Porifera), cytokines are differentially expressed. Since the mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) signal transduction modulates the synthesis and release of cytokines, we intended to identify one key molecule of this pathway. Therefore, a cDNA from the marine sponge Suberites domuncula encoding the MAPK was isolated and analyzed. Its encoded protein is 366 amino acids long (calculated Mr 42 209), has a TGY dual phosphorylation motif in protein kinase subdomain VIII and displays highest overall similarity to the mammalian p38 stress activated protein kinase (SAPK2), one subfamily of MAPKs. Abstract Sponges (phylum Porifera) are the phylogenetic oldest Metazoa still extant. They can be considered as reference animals (Urmetazoa) for the understanding of the evolutionary processes resulting in the creation of Metazoa in general and also for the metazoan gene organization in particular. In the marine sponge Suberites domuncula , genes encoding p38 and JNK kinases contain nine and twelve introns, respectively. Eight introns in both genes share the same positions and the identical phases. One p38 intron slipped for six bases and the JNK gene has three more introns. Objetivo: Estudiar los efectos del clorhidrato de pilocarpina sobre la producción salival total en pacientes mexicanos con hiposalivación secundaria a radioterapia de la región de cabeza y cuello. Diseño del estudio: Previo consentimiento informado, 20 pacientes con hiposalivación secundaria a radioterapia de la región de cabeza y cuello (> 40 Gy) fueron evaluados mediante el Test de Saliva Global (TSG) antes, durante y al final de 10 semanas de tratamiento con clorhidrato de pilocarpina (5 mg 3 veces al día). In this dissertation, I study the observance of holy days among the peasantry in the early modern province of Savo, located on the eastern periphery of the Swedish kingdom (today Eastern Finland). I examine the practices, norms and meanings related to the observance of holy days both within and outside the Church, and analyse the changes and continuities in the post-reformation period. As the main sources of the study, I use district court records and visitation records mainly from the period 1639–1712.
