The current premise in the enterprise architecture (EA) literature is that business architecture defines all other EA architecture layers; information architecture, information systems architecture, and technology architecture. In this paper, we will study the ICT-cooperation between eight small and mid-sized municipalities and cities in Southern Finland. Our case demonstrates that the ICT-cooperation is possible without business cooperation and that ICT-cooperation can be a driver for future business cooperation. Marey déplore cependant que Lamarck demeure « beaucoup trop vague dans ses explications lorsqu’il attribue les changements des organismes vivants à des circonstances extérieures. Entre un besoin qui se révèle et l’apparition d’une forme organique qui corresponde à un besoin, il y a une lacune que sa théorie n’a pas comblée » . D’où chez Marey, des interrogations et le désir dans son champ de compétences de relever quelques faits avérés de transformations d’adaptation des êtres vivants à de nouvelles conditions de vie.

The article is based on a synthetic description of this part of Julian Komhauser’s oeuvre, in which the figure of a child appears. Thus, it focuses on the interpretation of a selection of the poet’s texts that are addressed to children exclusively. A significant part is therefore devoted to considerations on the poems that are situated in the borderland between literature for children and texts for adults. The major synthetic aim of the article is an attempt to divide Kornhauser’s “children’s poems” into two main categories: carnivalesque, as well as reflexive and symbolic ones.
