Pro Gradu tutkimus käsittelee tietojärjestelmän käyttöönottoprosessia case yrityksen Foster Wheeler Energia Oy:n Engineering osastolla. Tutkimuksen tavoitteena on löytää kahden käyttöönottoprosessin sekä kirjallisuuskatsauksen pohjalta tietojärjestelmän käyttöönottoprosessin Best Practice suositukset. Kohteena oleva tietojärjestelmä on case yrityksessä tarkoitus jalkauttaa neljään eri yksikköön maailmanlaajuisesti. Practices and perceptions on ecolabels of Finnish companies with circular economy business models

There is a need to better understand the role of ecolabels in the scope of the Circular Economy transition. The aim of this research was to study the perspectives and practices of ecolabel use among Finnish companies with circular economy business models. The survey-based research targeting 214 companies (response rate 18% = n. 39) showed that ecolabels were not commonly used among the sample of companies. Projektiviestintää ja yritysjärjestelmien käyttöönottoa on tutkittu viime vuosikymmenien aikana paljon. Tutkimustuloksissa on niin eroja kuin yhtäläisyyksiäkin, mikä johtuu siitä, että käyttöönoton onnistumiselle on vaikea asettaa tarkkoja raja-arvoja ja sitä on vaikea määritellä. Tämä tutkielma toteutettiin kirjallisuuskatsauksena ja sen tarkoituksena oli arvioida, miten viestinnällä voidaan vaikuttaa yritysjärjestelmien käyttöönoton onnistumiseen.
