Tämä pro gradu on katsaus sosiaalisen median työkaluista, joilla viitataan erilaisiin vuorovaikutteisiin internetissä toimiviin palveluihin. Tutkimus määrittelee sosiaalisen median teknologiasidonnaisena ja käyttäjälähtöisenä ilmiönä, johon liittyy palveluiden käytön yhteisöllinen luonne. Arcybiskupa Alfonsa Nossola w Kamieniu Śląskim, która stanowi część Centrum Kultury i Nauki Wydziału Teologicznego Uniwersytetu Opolskiego. Przybliżono historię budynku położonego w kompleksie pałacowo-parkowym, a także sylwetkę miłośnika książek i darczyńcy. Carsharing business models in Germany: characteristics, success and future prospects

Carsharing provides an alternative to private car ownership by allowing car use temporarily on an on-demand basis. Operators provide carsharing services using different business models and ownership structures. We distinguish between cooperative, business-to-consumer (B2C) roundtrip and one-way, as well as peer-topeer (P2P) carsharing. This paper characterizes these different types of business models and compares their success in terms of diffusion using a comprehensive database of all 101 German carsharing providers in 2016. Previous studies have demonstrated that the endocannabinoid system significantly influences the progression of brain ageing, and the hippocampus is one of the brain regions most vulnerable to ageing and neurodegeneration. We have further examined age-related changes in the hippocampal endocannabinoid system by measuring the levels of anandamide (AEA) and 2-arachidonoylglycerol (2-AG) in young and old mice from two different mouse strains. We found a decrease in 2-AG but not AEA levels in aged mice. In order to identify the cause for 2-AG level changes, we investigated the levels of several enzymes that contribute to synthesis and degradation of 2-AG in the hippocampus. We found a selective …

Endocannabinoids are important regulators of organ homeostasis. Although their role in systemic vasculature has been extensively studied, their impact on pulmonary vessels remains less clear. Herein, we show that the endocannabinoid anandamide (AEA) is a key mediator of hypoxic pulmonary vasoconstriction (HPV) via fatty acid amide hydrolase (FAAH)-dependent metabolites. This is underscored by the prominent vasoconstrictive effect of AEA on pulmonary arteries and strongly reduced HPV in FAAH(-/-) mice and wild-type mice upon pharmacological treatment with FAAH inhibitor URB597. The aim of this study was to offer an additional point of view of the age political discourse on work endurance, initiated by Finland’s public administration in the early 2000s. The personal experiences of the staff of a multi-professional work community were exploited to find clues to occupational well-being and endurance at work. Seventeen employees aged 45—64 at the actual work community were chosen as data or material for study, i.e. to be interviewed. A phenomenological-hermeneutical approach was applied to shed light on how to create well-being at work.
