Tā potenciālie ieguvumi ES ekonomikai, politiskie kompromisi, pie kuriem nācās nonāk, lai tas stātos spēkā un iespēja atbrīvot nodokļu maksātājus no maksātnespējīgu kredītiestāžu glābšanas ir būtiskāko jautājumu starpā, kas apvij Vienoto noregulējuma mehānismu. For the last two decades, Finnish universities have faced the implementation of new systems of control and undergone dramatic changes that have worsened academic working conditions–such as corporatisation and budget cuts. This article explores Finnish academics’ experiences of university reforms with a special focus on the consequences it has had in terms of organisational socio-dynamics. We adapt Glynos and Howarth’s logics of critical explanation and apply this theoretical framework to analyse the interviews of academics who, against their own will, did not have their contracts renewed. The dissertation is concerned with the speeches of Vihtori Kosola (1884–1936), recruiter of jäger, strike breaker and activist. Kosola assumed the leadership of the Lapua Movement in 1929. His most significant speeches were delivered on the peasants’ march of 7 July 1930 and on the 15th anniversary of the war of independence on 16 May 1933. Kosola was a political speaker and the figurehead of the Patriotic people’s movement (IKL) founded in 1932. The Study focuses on Kosola’s speeches applying rhetorical-semantic concept analysis with regard to the changes occurring in the main concepts.
