Information on dietary adequacy is needed to assess food and nutrition security in a modern society, especially in the transition towards climate-friendly food systems. In this study, differences in the nutritional adequacy of diets among Finnish adults were evaluated in population groups of different education, income and urbanisation levels. The study used data from the FinDiet 2017 Survey (n = 1655, 18–74 years). The Chinese artist Chen Qiulin has been taking displacement and the resulting unrest in people’s identity as her persistent theme since the early 1990s. Focusing on a series of her works made since 2004 dealing explicitly with tofu and Chinese surnames, this paper examines her exploration of identities in transition in the context of China’s mass urbanization and globalization. By showing the artist’s conceptual evolution, her preference for materials and mediums, and her exhibition strategy, this paper explores two issues. Viimeisten vuosien aikana asuminen sekä työpaikat ovat keskittyneet yhä enemmän kasvukeskuksiin. Tutkielman tarkoitus on tuoda esiin kaupungistumisen näkökulma havainnoitaessa asuntojen hintojen kehittymistä. Poliittista päätöksentekoa varten on tärkeää ymmärtää asuntojen hintadynamiikkaa. Tutkimuksen alkupuolella tarkastellaan yleisesti Suomen kaupungistumista ja asuntomarkkinoita. Empiirisessä osiossa kaupungistumisen vaikutuksia asuntojen hintojen kehittymiseen analysoitiin kaikkien kerrostaloasuntojen sekä yksiöiden osalta. Pitkään jatkunut kaupungistuminen on kiihtynyt viime vuosina. Tällä hetkellä pärjäävät vain suuret kaupunkiseudut. Muuttoliike on tärkeässä roolissa tässä kehityksessä. Kaikilta alueilta muutetaan pois ja kaikille alueille muutetaan, mutta muuttovoittoa saavat vain harvat alueet. Alhainen lähtömuutto on avainasemassa. Helsingin seutu ja monipuoliset korkeakouluseudut kasvavat, koska niiltä muutetaan vain vähän pois. Väkimäärään suhteutettu tulomuutto jää Helsingin seudulla yllättävän pieneksi, mutta seutu kasvaa nopeimmin, koska sen lähtömuutto on vielä pienempää. Pitovoima ratkaisee. nonPeerReviewed
