Il contributo affronta il problema della valutazione e dell’autovalutazione nel percorso di apprendimento dell’italiano L2 di utenti poco o per nulla scolarizzati. Le riflessioni si basano sulle sperimentazioni condotte dalla Scuola di Lingua italiana per Stranieri di Palermo. Abstract. The form-function relationship is a topos of culture, investigated from multiple perspectives: it is useful to understand the role that objects have played in the cultural process. The contribution analyses the photographic representation of objects and aims to highlight the characteristics of objects that emerge through photographic representation: the images by Walker Evans, presented in the portfolio Beauties of the Common Tool («Fortune Magazine», 1955), demonstrate the capacity of photography to highlight the formal and functional characteristics of tools and the role they play in the process of hominization.

This essay analyses certain passages by the 19th century Sicilian historiography on the Spanish vice-reign in the island where the main tendency was the anti-Spanish movement. The joint opinion of the historians, here analyzed, consisted of a great love for their country based on a nostalgic cult of its indipendent reign and its institutions. The latter were a constant reason of consolation compared to the present reality, which seemed very disappointing and awkward if compared with the "mythical" previos ages. Il volume monografico è dedicato alla storia sanitaria dei solfatari di Sicilia nel periodo compreso tra la fine del 1800 e la chiusura degli insediamenti estrattivi avvenuta agli inizi degli anni '60. La narrazione, nel cogliere i problemi di salute di questa popolazione di operai, esplora lo sforzo delle istituzioni per il loro riscatto, i provvedimenti sanitari che sono stati assunti e le motivazioni etiche che le hanno determinate.
Diversità di genere e sistema sanitario: un’analisi su un campione di aziende sanitarie italiane

Il lavoro analizza in che misura la diversità di genere fa parte delle attuali pratiche delle aziende sanitarie. Attraverso un’analisi di tipo statistico-inferenziale su un campione di 39 strutture ospedaliere appartenenti al Gruppo San Donato, ha lo scopo di valutare se la presenza delle donne nel CdA influenza la performance aziendale. I risultati suggeriscono che la diversità nelle aziende sanitarie è un tema poco esplorato e non mancano opportunità e ostacoli al percorso di carriera delle donne. In this article, I firstly argue that femicide is a word that indicates the psychological and physical violence against women because they belong to the female gender. I analyze in particular the femicide cases that took place in the border between Ciudad Juarez and Texas from 1993 until now, in addition to the cases on the border between Tijuana and Baja California. During this period more than 700 women were murdered in the border area between Ciudad Juarez and El Paso, still the criminals of these brutal homicides are unknown. L’esistenza di più opzioni lessicali per la codifica dell’agente nelle costruzioni passive dell’italoromanzo è sempre stata assunta come semplice dato di fatto. Tuttavia, un’analisi accurata dei testi rivela l’esistenza di una distribuzione funzionale, che si manifesta in modo coerente, sebbene non identico, nei diversi vernacoli. Der Band fasst aktuelle Theorieperspektiven und Forschungsbefunde zur Bedeutung von Körpern, Objekten und Räumen in der interdisziplinären Kindheitsforschung zusammen. Es wird gezeigt, in welchem Maße diese Materialitäten daran mitwirken, dass sich bestimmte gesellschaftliche Kindheitsmuster und -erfahrungen ausbilden und wie material die Positionierungs- und Subjektivierungsprozesse von Kindern als Kinder gedacht werden müssen.
