Hopeananoklusterien synteesit, stabiilisuus ja monodispersiivisyys

Tämän pro gradun kirjallisuusosassa tarkastellaan hopeananoklustereiden synteesejä. Tarkastelussa keskitytään erityisesti hopeaklustereiden stabiilisuuteen ja monodispersiivisyyteen. Hopeaklustereiden synteesimenetelmät on jaoteltu liuoksessa tehtyihin synteeseihin, kiinteässä olomuodossa tehtyihin synteeseihin ja templaattisynteeseihin. Lisäksi tarkastellaan hopean seosklustereiden synteesejä. Työn lopussa on lyhyet katsaukset klustereiden stabiilisuuteen vaikuttavista tekijöistä ja klustereiden karakterisoitimenetelmistä. Experimental Confirmation of a Topological Isomer of the Ubiquitous Au25(SR)18 Cluster in the Gas Phase

High-resolution electrospray ionization ion mobility mass spectrometry has revealed a gas-phase isomer of the ubiquitous, extremely well-studied Au25(SR)18 cluster both in anionic and cationic form. The relative abundance of the isomeric structures can be controlled by in-source activation. The measured collision cross section of the new isomer agrees extremely well with a recent theoretical prediction (Matus, M. F.; et al. Chem. Commun. 2020, 56, 8087) corresponding to a Au25(SR)18– isomer that is energetically close and topologically connected to the known ground-state structure via a simple rotation of the gold core without breaking any Au–S bonds. At the same time, in academic fields, some have expected co-evolutions between IT and other fields to cause the resurgence of either field. Objective Cluster analysis of spatio-temporal event-related potential (ERP) data is a promising tool for exploring the measurement time window of ERPs. Alkynyl‐Protected Chiral Bimetallic Ag22Cu7 Superatom with Multiple Chirality Origins

Understanding the origin of chirality in the nanostructured materials is essential for chiroptical and catalytic applications. Here we report a chiral AgCu superatomic cluster, [Ag22Cu7(C≡CR)16(PPh3)5Cl6](PPh4), Ag22Cu7, protected by an achiral alkynyl ligand (HC≡CR: 3,5-bis(trifluoromethyl)phenylacetylene). Its crystal structure comprises a rare interpenetrating biicosahedral Ag17Cu2 core, which is stabilized by four different types of motifs: one Cu(C≡CR)2, four -C≡CR, two chlorides and one helical Ag5Cu4(C≡CR)10(PPh3)5Cl4. Icosahedral carboranes as scaffolds for congested regioselective polyaryl compounds : the distinct distance tuning of C-C and its antipodal B-B

Four-fold aryl substituted o-carborane derivatives with defined patterns of substitution at the antipodal region of the cluster carbon atoms have been achieved. It is proven that this region is congested but lacks steric hindrance. Also, the two antipodal sites Cc-Cc and B9-B12 are affected very distinctly by electron donor substituents. peerReviewed

Tässä pro gradu -tutkielmassa käydään läpi Knowledge Discovery in Databases (KDD) -prosessi ja sen soveltamismahdollisuuksia fyysiseen aktiivisuuteen liittyvän datan kanssa. KDD-prosessi koostuu monesta eri vaiheesta, sisältäen esikäsittelyn, datan muunnoksen ja tiedonlouhinnan. Tässä tutkielmassa tiedonlouhinnan menetelmänä käytetään klusterointia, joka käydään läpi yksityiskohtaisesti. Vertailemme myös laajan joukon eri klusterointi indeksejä (CVAIs) sekä niiden eri toteutuksia k-means klusteroinnin kanssa ja esittelemme parhaat näistä yleisemmässä muodossa. Tiedonlouhinta rakenteisista dokumenteista

Tutkielman kokonaistavoite on vastata tietotulvan tuomiin haasteisiin tiedonlouhinnan tekniikoita käyttäen. Yleisenä tutkimuskohteena on tiedonlouhinta rakenteisista dokumenteista. Täsmällisemmin määriteltynä tutkimusongelma käsittää samaa skeemaa noudattavien XML-dokumenttien klusteroinnin ja tiedonhaun. Lisäksi käsitellään erilaisten haku- ja klusterointitekniikoiden yhdistämisen tuomia mahdollisuuksia dokumenttikokoelmien hahmottamisessa. Teoreettisessa osuudessa käydään läpi erilaisia indeksirakenteita, samanlaisuusmittoja, klusterointialgoritmeja ja hakumenetelmiä.
