Current Guidance during the orientation in career counseling

Abstract Counseling is a complex process encompassing a large wide range of interventions that requires specialized training. Success counseling is provided by the active involvement and responsibility of both parties (counselor and counseled people) in making a genuine alliance based on mutual respect and trust. The concept of career guidance is covered the widest range of activities, take information and evaluation, counseling and education to career and becomes the “umbrella concept” for activities in this area.

Darbā tiek apskatīta personu, kurām ir tiesības uz aizstāvību liecību iegūšanas veidi un šo personu kriminālprocesuālās tiesības attiecībā uz liecību sniegšanu kriminālprocesa gaitā. Darba ietvarā ir apskatīti un analizēti gaidāmie fundamentālie grozījumi attiecībā uz personām, kurām ir tiesības uz aizstāvību liecību saturu, nosakot, ka personām, kurām ir tiesības uz aizstāvību, būs jāsniedz patiesas liecības, ja tās izmantos savas tiesības liecināt.

This essay describes a phenomenology of the body and his language, the emotions. The main purpose is to highlight their referential scope. Emotions enable us to comprehend individual aspects partecipating in our lifeworlds. This perspective challanges today's dominant culture, where emotions are understood as mere self-expressions. Seen as favourable reactions to meeting the other, emotions appaear to us as forms of love and produce knowledge by dilection for the other's inner world. A reflection on the emotions, particulary empathy, highlights their impotance for the moral education to a correct sensibility.
