Pro gradu – tutkielmassa selvitetään, voiko öljyvärimaalausvarkauksien perusteella tehdä samanlaista johtopäätöstä. The difficulties in measuring total fitness of individuals necessitate the use of fitness surrogates in ecological and evolutionary studies. These surrogates can be different components of fitness (e.g. survival or fecundity), or proxies more uncertainly related to fitness (e.g. body size or growth rate). The prerequisites for opening a meeting, or beginning any kind of interaction for that matter, are participants’ presence and shared orientation towards the situation at hand. This paper analyses how the initial moments of technology-mediated business meetings involving distributed work groups are organized sequentially and multimodally. Drawing on video-recorded meetings in an international company, it documents the multimodal practices used in the process of establishing co-orientation to the shared meeting space and achieving entry into the meeting. Recent national healthcare reforms have resulted in many changes to healthcare organizations. When social realities are enacted in social interactions, changes also occur in communication through discourses. In public hospitals, middle management groups form one important platform for change talk. This study aimed to identify and understand how change talk emerges in management group meetings. Based on our research concerning enterprise architecture (EA) in the Finnish public sector, we discuss how EA concept and tool need to be developed to support government business ecosystem and organization design. Our research context indicates, beyond a federal government or a state one, that even a single municipality, like a city concern, can be perceived as an ecosystem of its sectoral domains, subsidiaries and such. Šis bakalaura darbs tiek koncentrēts galvenokārt uz neverbālo komunikāciju pirmajās ekspresionistiskā stila šausmu filmās, tas ir, Doktora Kaligari kabinets, Nosferatu: šausmu simfonija, Golems un kā viņš pasaulē nācis un Frankenšteins. Darbā tiek analizēti 3 kopēji faktori – galveno varoņu ķermenis un izvirzīts kas tajā ir ekspresionistisks, ķermeņa valoda kopā ar mīmiku un vairāki baiļu tipi šajās noteiktajās filmās. Šī bakalaura darba mērķis ir noteikt to vai neverbālā komunikācija ir tikpat veiksmīga filmās kā verbālā komunikācija, tādēļ darbam tika izvēlētas 3 klusās filmas un 1, tā paša laika, bet jau modernāka, filma ar balss pārraidi.
