For å finne ut av dette vil jeg se på hvordan NSB bruker dialogisk kommunikasjon på Facebook for å bygge og vedlikeholde gode relasjoner til sine kunder. Til grunn for oppgaven ligger teorier om sosiale medier, strategisk kommunikasjon og samtaleanalyse. Studien er delt inn i to analysedeler: én tekstanalyse og én kontekstanalyse.
