Pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidrot, vai pastāv saistība starp narkotisko vielu lietošanu un bērnības attiecību pieredzi ar tēvu, kā arī noskaidrot atšķirības šo attiecību novērtējumā starp indivīdiem, kuri lietojuši vairākas narkotiskās vielas un tiem, kuri lietojuši tikai marihuānu. Pētījuma izlase sastāv no 369 respondentiem vecumā no 18 līdz 30 gadiem, no kuriem 64 indivīdi nav lietojuši nekādas narkotiskās vielas, 117 indivīdi lietojuši tikai marihuānu un 188 indivīdi lietojuši vairākas narkotiskās vielas. Affective familiarity and the experience of home : a phenomenological exploration

This paper provides a phenomenological analysis of the emotional aspects of the experience of home. Researchers have studied home from several perspectives, but there is a need for a detailed phenomenological analysis of the emotional intentionality which underlies the meanings and experiences of home as an emotionally charged place. This paper provides novel conceptual tools for understanding the interrelation between home and its inhabitant’s personal identity by introducing the concept of ”feeling of ownness”. Children's exploration of the concepts of home and belonging: Capturing views from five European countries.

Understanding one's sense of belonging is a central part of identity formation and self-awareness; feeling safe somewhere, with specific people is identified as a basic human need. This paper explores the ideas of children from three age groups in five different European as they discussed the concepts of ‘home’ and ‘belonging’. Findings showed that the children's ideas could be organised into six interrelated aspects: Spatiality, Materiality, Multiplicity, Social Relations, Affect, and Dislocation. 3-4 -vuotiaiden lasten fyysinen aktiivisuus päiväkodissa eri vuodenaikoina sekä varhaiskasvattajan kannustuksen yhteys lasten fyysiseen aktiivisuuteen

Tämän tutkimuksen tarkoituksena oli selvittää 3-4-vuotiaiden lasten fyysisen aktiivisuuden intensiteetin eroja päiväkodissa eri vuodenaikoina sekä varhaiskasvattajan kannustuksen yhteyttä lasten fyysiseen aktiivisuuteen. Tutkimusjoukko muodostui päiväkotien vuonna 2007 syntyneistä vapaaehtoisista lapsista. Tutkimusaineisto kerättiin havainnoimalla OSRAC-P -havainnointimenetelmän avulla 14 päiväkodissa tammi-helmikuussa (N 94) sekä elo-syyskuussa (N 118) vuonna 2011. Lasten fyysinen aktiivisuus oli pääosan ajasta (noin 60 %) intensiteetiltään erittäin kevyttä. Intensiteetiltään vähintään keskiraskaan fyysisen aktiivisuuden esiintyvyys oli noin 10 %.
