Pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot humanitāro tiesību lomu un raksturu Ukrainas krīzes kontekstā. Tiek sniegts īss humanitāro tiesību izstrādes procesa vēstures apskats. Pētījuma metode ir līdzšinējo kompetento iestāžu atziņu par humanitārajām tiesību aktiem analīze saistībā ar starptautisku un nestarptautisku konfliktu intensitāti un sekām. Pētījuma galvenais mērķis ir pierādīt starptautiska militāra konflikta esamību un humanitāro tiesību pārkāpumus Ukrainas krīzes kontekstā, pamatojoties uz pieejamo iestāžu atzinumiem un publiskajā telpā pieejamo informāciju. Papildus tiek analizēta sankciju efektivitāte un apdraudējums citām valstīm.
Landscape in transition in the shadow of 2022 Russia’s invasion in Ukraine – notes from Hungary

This research note focuses on two phenomena: the transformations in the landscape in Hungary as an effect of Russia’s invasion in Ukraine and the welcome/help centers that were established to channel mobility and provide a temporary safe space. I suggest that liminality (which serves as a main explanatory category) is characteristic of both. It is stated that in this context that the bodies of refugees are reminders of the existence of the (state) border, which gets reaffirmed by the process of welcoming and hosting and is also reflected in the visual reminders in the landscape. Il cosiddetto Bleistiftmanuskript (Manoscritto a matita), risalente al periodo tra ottobre e dicembre 1912, è uno dei tre testi originari (Urtexte) da cui è stata elaborata la nuova edizione critica di Idee II di Edmund Husserl. Effect of a Rigid Sulfonamide Bond on Molecular Folding: A Case Study

A disulfonamide compound with bulky aromatic side chains was prepared, and its properties as a potential building block for foldamers were evaluated. Two different solvate crystal forms of the compound were identified and compared to the structures of an analogous oligoamide and related disulfonamides. The disulfonamide is unfolded in one of the solvates, whereas in the other one, a loosely folded conformer stabilized by an intramolecular hydrogen bond is found. Density functional calculations indicated that the loosely folded conformer is slightly more stable than its unfolded isomer. Abstract There is a strong need to develop a simple method for rapid estimation of erodibility using readily available data. In this study, soil erodibility was measured using eleven soil textures at the plot scale (60 cm × 80 cm) on a slope of 9% in a semi-arid region. Abstract Following the results of a study carried out for the neighbouring Sicilian region, this paper reports a study of the applicability of the annual value, Faj, of the Arnouldus index to represent the erosion risk in Calabrian region. Firstly, By using 214 values of the mean annual value of the erosivity index, FF, and a Kriging interpolation method, an isoerosivity map is plotted. Abstract Recent research has directed attention to the properties of the eroded material because of its influence in deposition phenomena and in carrying capacity of pollutant materials. Maģistra darbā tika apkopota zinātniskā literatūra par čagu, tās lipīdu sastāvu, farmakoloģisko iedarbību, lipīdu analīzes metodēm un ķīmijmetrikas metodi. Tika izolēti čagas lipofilie savienojumi ar dažādām ekstrakcijas metodēm, izmantojot dažādus nepolārus šķīdinātājus, lai iegūtu maksimālu ekstrakcijas iznākumu. Iegūtie lipofilie ekstrakti tika atvasināti ar BSTFA un analizēti, izmantojot gāzu hromatogrāfiju-masspektrometriju. Tika autentificēti čagas paraugi, izmantojot izotopu attiecības masas spektrometriju (IRMS), daudzelementu analīzi un salīdzināti dažādas izcelsmes lipofilo ekstraktvielu sastāvi.
