Näihin sairaaloihin on sijoitettu ja hankittu runsaasti taidetta, sillä taiteella on tutkimuksissa osoitettu olevan terveyttä ja hyvinvointia edistävä vaikutus. In this chapter, I discuss corporate art collections as part of national cultural heritage and semi-public collections. Corporate art is seen through the lenses of collecting, various professions and corporate social responsibility (CSR). Tässä pro gradu -tutkielmassa tarkastellaan taideteoksen autenttisuuden ja auran nykymerkityksiä installaatiotaiteen näkökulmasta. Keskeisenä tavoitteena on selvittää, mistä kontekstisidonnaisen ja prosessuaalisen installaatioteoksen autenttisuus muodostuu, ja millä tavoin tätä autenttisuutta pyritään taidemuseoissa teoksen esittämisen ja tallentamisen prosesseissa ylläpitämään. Lisäksi tutkielmassa avataan taiteilijan intention ja tekijyyden käsitteitä. Tutkielmassa vuoropuhelua käyvät taidefilosofinen käsiteanalyysi ja taidemuseoiden toimintatapoja kartoittava haastatteluaineisto.
