Marsilio Ficino’s relationship to the Hermetic literary tradition has long been a controversial issue in academic discussion. Although Ficino is commonly known as a translator and keen reader of the philosophical Hermetica, his allegiances to the Hermetic ideas have been recognized only in his theory of magic (only to be denied later), while in other cases, in general, scholars tend to deny the impact of Hermetic writings instead of accepting it.        Internet kehitettiin alun perin 1960-luvulla puolustus- ja tiedustelupalvelujen tarpeisiin, mutta 1980-luvulla kehitettyjen visuaalisten käyttöliittymien ansiosta siitä on tullut yhä tärkeämpi osa länsimaisen ihmisen arkipäivää. Vaikutukset sosiaaliseen ja kulttuuriseen kanssakäymiseen ovat olleet mittavia, minkä vuoksi myös sosiaali- ja kulttuuritieteet ovat olleet kiinnostuneita siitä mitä ihmiset tekevät internetissä. Kansainvälisesti virtuaaliantropologista tutkimusta on tehty jo 1990-luvun alusta saakka, mutta Suomessa marginaalisesti vasta 2000-luvulla. Bladder urothelial carcinoma is typically a disease of older individuals and rarely occurs below the age of 40 years. There is debate and uncertainty in the literature regarding the clinicopathologic and prognostic characteristics of bladder urothelial neoplasms in younger patients compared with older patients, although no consistent age criteria have been used to define "younger" age group categories.
