Antecedentes. El trastorno depresivo persistente (TDP) es una afectación del estado de ánimo frecuente en mujeres. Se ha empleado la terapia cognitivo conductual (TCC), la terapia cognitiva basada en mindfulness y la terapia centrada en la compasión de forma aislada. Objetivos. Evaluar la eficacia de un programa de intervención grupal multicomponente. Método. Tras la firma del consentimiento informado, las participantes (n = 6) respondieron (pre, post intervención y seguimiento) cuestionarios sobre: ansiedad, depresión, satisfacción con la vida y satisfacción con la intervención.
