Korlederen må mestre et omfattende kompetansesett i det hun eller han virker som både musiker, leder og pedagog. Forfatterne har de siste årene gjennomført en rekke studier av korlederes utdanning og praksis, som involverer varierte tilnærminger både når det gjelder metoder og materiale. Un acercamiento al léxico sobre cocina en lengua quechua nos podría proporcionar algunas claves sobre su importancia en tiempos del imperio inca y sobre la que tiene, en el momento presente, la cocina patrimonial del Perú . No hace mucho un hablante de quechua nos decía convencido : " Piru llaqta wayk'uyninqa sumaqnin" (" la cocina de Perú es realmente exquisita").

Luego hay otros: su conservación y ampliación y finalmente su transmisión a los descendientes.Todo esto ha sucedido con el quechua y el aimara en Perú, como si la lengua fuera ajena a los bienes nacionales. Narcisma saistība ar organizācijas vadītāju līderības stilu

Bakalaura darba mērķis bija noskaidrot, ar kuru no līderības stiliem korelē narcisms un tā dimensijas. Pētījumā piedalījās 51 organizāciju vadītājs Latvijā, no kuriem 19 bija vīrieši un 32 sievietes. Respondentu vecuma diapazons – no 21 līdz 70 gadiem (M = 41,67, SD = 13,55). Lai iegūtu nepieciešamos datus, narcisma līmenis tika mērīts, izmantojot Narcistisko personības iezīmju aptauju “Narcissistic Personality Inventory” (NPI) un līderības stils tika noteikts ar “Līderības stila novērtējuma aptauju”. Quality leadership preparation has been shown to have positive influences on leadership practices of graduates. With five formal categories of leadership training programmes in the decentralized Finnish educational system, little is known about the leadership practices of graduates. This study explored the applicability of training on principals’ self-assessed leadership practices in Central Finland. Leadership and Ethical Decision Making among Mauritian Managers

It is proposed that transformational leadership is likely to be associated with higher ethical decision making, while transactional leadership should be related to lower ethical decision making. However, little empirical research provides support for these claims. Using a structured interview schedule, data from 247 managers was collected from three established higher education institutions in Mauritius.
