La obra Malinche, de Inés M. Stranger, configura una propuesta de reescritura de la Malinche como figura mítica incorporada al imaginario cultural hispanoamericano, que perdura hasta la actualidad. Es común el empleo de esta figura en diversos autores contemporáneos que abordan cuestiones relativas a las identidades nacionales latinoamericanas en sus textos. La popularitat d’aquestes vides es reflecteix en les arts plàstiques i visuals, en la literatura i en la cultura popular. Resumen: Las «relaciones de sucesos», unos escritos de carácter fundamentalmente popular, tuvieron durante el siglo XVII una notable difusión. A menudo, la finalidad de estos impresos era moralizante. Es el caso de una jácara publicada hacia 1687, la cual constituye un ataque a la avaricia, personificada en un mesonero de Yebes, pueblo del término de Alcalá de Henares. Los elementos que aportan veracidad al relato, el sensacionalismo y la existencia de una serie de lugares comunes hacían aumentar la efectividad del exemplum. Following in the footsteps of Ian Macpherson, I offer an interpretation of an anonymous invención found in the Cancionero general (11CG-517) and the British Library Cancionero (LB1-251). I maintain that the image displayed by the jouster was inspired by the iconography of the virgin-martyr Saint Margaret of Antioch, and I propose a theory about the identity of the lady addressed and, with less certainty, about the identity of the jouster and the occasion when the invención was displayed, using Pinar’s Juego trobado as a tool of research and invoking a passage on the sinfulness of the fashion among ladies and damsels for wearing hooped petticoats in a treatise by Hernando de Talavera.

On an Inequality for Legendre Polynomials

This paper is concerned with the orthogonal polynomials. Upper and lower bounds of Legendre polynomials are obtained. Furthermore, entropies associated with discrete probability distributions is a topic considered in this paper. Bounds of the entropies which improve some previously known results are obtained in terms of inequalities. In order to illustrate the results obtained in this paper and to compare them with other results from the literature some graphs are provided.

The incidence of irony in the genre of lyric poetry has caused some special effects, mainly after modernity turned this disposition of thought into an irreplaceable element when, thanks to the contribution of the Romantic poet Friedrich Schlegel, complicities between poets and readers were stipulated. The present article tries to evaluate the validity of these presuppositions by studying the use of ironic procedures in the poetic texts of a number of authors of great importance now. Bakalaura darbā „tiešsaistes video spēļu „Counter Strike” un „League of Legends” spēlētāju interaktīvā komunikācija” tiek pētīta verbālās un neverbālās valodas lietošana un tās pielietojums dažādos komunikācijas kanālos. Papildus pēc iegūtajiem datiem un veiktajiem novērojumiem tiek noskaidrots auditorijas (spēlētāju) viedoklis par komunikācijas saturu un nepieciešamību. Darba teorētisko daļu veido daļas par kvalitatīvu komunikāciju, kā arī nodaļas par interaktīvo komunikāciju, tiešsaistes video spēlēm un tiešsaistes spēļu komunikāciju kopumā.
