Factorial Structure and Psychometric Properties of the Time Management Behavior Scale (TMBS) in Colombian College Students

RESUMEN Se investigó la estructura factorial de la Time Management Behavior Scale (TMBS) en universitarios colombianos. La gestión del tiempo es un importante predictor del logro estudiantil y clave para la disminución de la deserción universitaria. Participaron 494 estudiantes de primer año de nueve programas en dos universidades de la ciudad de Bogotá. Se comprueba una estructura multidimensional de cuatro subescalas que explicaron el 42.68 % de la varianza total. Se obtuvieron índices de consistencia interna por encima de 0.7 en tres factores y una fiabilidad global de 0.84. Treść artykułu dotyczy problematyki regulacji przestępstwa obcowania płciowego z małoletnim z art. 200 § 1 Kodeksu karnego. W tym zakresie stwierdzono pewną niepełność w aktualnej regulacji, identyfikując ją oraz podając rozwiązanie w postaci propozycji, tj. znowelizowania art. 200 k.k. przez dodanie do niego § 2, który opisywałby to przestępstwo w ramach quasi-typu uprzywilejowanego jako wypadek mniejszej wagi. International audience; Let X,Y be two nonempty sets, Φ an extended real-valued bivariate coupling function on X × Y and Γ a subset of X × Y. The present paper provides extensions to the well-known generalized Φ-conjugacy and Γ-polarity of diverse results of our previous work [2] related to φ-conjucacy and Λ-polarity, where Λ is a subset of a vector space E and φ is a function on E defining the particular coupling function (x,y)→φ(x−y) on E × E. A particular attention is devoted to the conjugacy functions (resp. polarity sets) which are mutually generating. Finally, for a superadditive conjugacy function Φ, we obtain a full description of the class of Φ-envelopes.

More educated, more mobile? Evidence from post-secondary education reform. Spatial Economic Analysis. This paper examines the causal impact of the level of education on within-country migration. To account for biases resulting from selection into post-secondary education, it uses a large-scale reform within the higher education system that gradually transformed former vocational colleges into polytechnics in Finland in the 1990s. Nie można mówić o zasadach jednomyślności i większości w parlamentaryźmie polskim XVI i XVII wieku, abstrahując od struktury organów przedstawicielskich, ich kompetencji i konkretnych metod podejmowania decyzji. Przedstawione w artykule analizy pozwalają na stwierdzenie, że pomimo tego, że zasada jednomyślności była charakterystyczna dla społeczeństwa stanowego, to już w wieku XVI w praktyce parlamentarnej decydowano w oparciu o zasadę większości. Objawy kryzysu, tj. konfrontacji pomiędzy zasadami, widoczne są już w dwóch ostatnich dziesięcioleciach XVI w.
