Angļu valoda arī šobrīd ir nozīmīga ES institūciju darba valoda, kurā parādās pat dažas unikālas “eiro-angļu valodas” iezīmes. Šajā pētījumā aplūkotas dažas vārdu kopas, kas tai raksturīgas, nosakot Eur-LEX angļu valodas korpusa biežākās lietvārdu kolokācijas. Izmantotās metodes bija salīdzinošā literatūras avotu analīze, kā arī vairāki kvantitatīvi un kvalitatīvi korpusanalīzes paņēmieni. Rezultāti parādīja, ka dažas no šīm lietvārdu kolokācijām veido ES terminoloģiju, kamēr citas iespējams sadalīt tuvu sinonīmu grupās pēc semantiskās nozīmes. En estas líneas reflexionamos sobre el uso del derecho penal en el ordenamiento jurídico español en la búsqueda del principio de igualdad entre hombres y mujeres. Estudiamos la LO 1/2004 y los motivos del mayor desvalor del golpe del hombre sobre la mujer, que es su pareja, así como la legitimidad de discriminación en las normas penales para igualar desigualando.

Legislative reforms and market dynamics in the provision of urban water service by private contract operators in Spain

Abstract This paper studies the dynamics of concentration in the Spanish market for the provision of urban water service by private contract operators in the 2000–2020 period. The market is highly concentrated. Concentration increased until 2007, at which point it started to decline when Law 30/2007 on Public Sector Contracts and Organic Law 8/2007 on Political Party Financing were passed; before rising again from 2016 onwards. This latter trend results from strategic behaviour by the two leading operators, acquiring smaller companies with a notable presence in some regional markets. Further legislative reforms aimed at safeguarding space for competition are thus proposed.

The authors of the present article are investigating the influence of the data generation in the university courses of informatics and statistics (UCIS) on the acquisition of both the UCIS and other study courses in the health care specialities. First of all, the authors inquired students in order to find out their attitude to the UCIS. The inquiry results show evidence that an important role in the acquisition of UCIS has the work/study material – data. The UCIS work/study material can be associated with various branches, including health care. The data of the health care patients are of a special status. What should be the right place for religions in France ? Our debates are old and sharp. France has two legislations : a concordat (Napoléon) for two departments and the common rule (1905). The word "Laîcité" was not employed at the beginning, but appears progressively. Do Muslims living in France are changing the concept ? Do they imply a new manner of seeing things ? What are the results of the attacks of 2015 and 2016 on the opinion ? We analyse in this communication for the universities of Bucharest and Craiova articles published in the newspaper Le Monde. What is the reflection about the concept of "laïcité", what are the traditional arguments and the new ones ?
