Water Structure Recovery in Chaotropic Anion Recognition: High-Affinity Binding of Dodecaborate Clusters to γ-Cyclodextrin

Dodecaborate anions of the type B12X12(2-) and B12X11Y(2-) (X=H, Cl, Br, I and Y=OH, SH, NH3(+), NR3(+)) form strong (K(a) up to 10(6) L mol(-1), for B12Br12(2-)) inclusion complexes with γ-cyclodextrin (γ-CD). The micromolar affinities reached are the highest known for this native CD. The complexation exhibits highly negative enthalpies (up to -25 kcal mol(-1)) and entropies (TΔS up to -18.4 kcal mol(-1), both for B12I12(2-)), which position these guests at the bottom end of the well-known enthalpy-entropy correlation for CDs. Šajā bakalaura darbā pētīta Ogres iedzīvotāju spēja pielāgoties cilvēknedrošām situācijām. Pētījums apskata Ogres iedzīvotāju fleksibilitāti plūdu laikā. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot šīs pilsētas iedzīvotāju informētību un izpratni par cilvēkdrošu vidi un identificēt Ogres iedzīvotāju pielāgošanās stratēģijas ārkārtas situācijās. Pētījums Latvijas Transhumānistu asociācijā” parāda datu nesēju lomu un rīcībspēju Latvijas Transhumānistu asociācijas biedru naratīvos un praksēs. Pētījuma mērķis ir izpētīt, vai un cik lielā mērā var runāt par datu nesējiem kā cilvēka paplašinātājiem. The myth of Electra in Jean Giraudouxs version entitled Electra (1937), as well as Jean-Paul Sartres The Flies (1942) are interesting examples of metatexts. Face to the threat of war, Giraudoux, who was a diplomat and a Germanophile, focuses on the problem of power, responsibility, and justice, while Sartre exemplifies the existentialist philosophy and its main element: a man who is responsible for his actions and condemned to freedom. The aim of the research. In this work, in silico selection of DNA-aptamers to the receptor-binding domain (RBD) of the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein was performed using molecular modeling methods. Material and methods. A new computational approach to aptamer in silico selection is based on a cycle of simulations, including the stages of molecular modeling, molecular docking, molecular dynamic simulations, and quantum chemical calculations. W dodatku na płaszczyźnie pastoralnej kontakt z Dalekim Wschodem nacechowany jest lękiem, wynikającym z braku wiedzy. Instytut badań nad Teologią i Duchowością Dalekiego Wschodu jest próbą odpowiedzi na zapotrzebowanie integracji środowiska naukowego, zajmującego się teologią i duchowością Dalekiego Wschodu. Niniejsza publikacja jest zaproszeniem do współpracy.

Φαινόμενα), kas šobrīd tiek tulkota un atdzejota latviešu valodā. Izskanēja arī Arāta poēmas atdzejojuma fragmenti.
