Maģistra darba “Covid-19 trauksmes saistība ar emocionālo intelektu un klīniskajiem izdegšanas apakštipiem organizāciju darbinieku vidū” mērķis ir noskaidrot vai un kādas saistības pastāv Covid-19 trauksmes, emocionālā intelekta un klīnisko izdegšanas apakštipu starpā. Papildus iepriekš minētajam, darba mērķis ir arī pārbaudīt hipotēzi, ka darbinieki, kuri strādā daļēji vai pilnībā attālināti, izjūt lielāku Covid-19 trauksmi, salīdzinot ar darbiniekiem, kuri ikdienā strādā klātienē. Appropriate waste and resource management are essential for a sustainable circular economy with reduced environmental impact. With critical resources, e-waste may serve as indirect raw material. For example, with NdFeB permanent magnets, Neodymium (Nd) and the co-present Dysprosium (Dy) are critical rare earth elements (REEs). However, there exists no economically viable technology for recycling them from electronic waste (e-waste). Here, a method is presented based on cloud point extraction (CPE). Šajā bakalaura darbā tika pētīts Cs2 molekulas 〖A^1∑〗_u^+ un 〖b 〗^3 Π_u stāvokļu komplekss ar lāzera inducētās fluorescences un Furjē transformāciju spektroskopijas metodēm. Veicot darba uzdevumus tika apgūta lāzera inducētās fluorescences (LIF) pieeja sārmu divatomu molekulu pētīšanai, izmantojot spektrometru (Bruker IFS-125HR) un titāna-safīra lāzera sistēmu (MBR 110, Coherent). Eksperimentālajām iekārtām tika veikti sagatavošanas un uzstādīšanas darbi, lai varētu detektēt LIF spektrus ar Furjē spektrometru. Communicative memory of irregular migration: The re-circulation of news images on YouTube

This article analyses user-generated YouTube cut and mix videos of irregular migration as producing communicative memory of those who have suffered at Europe’s external borders. Visual and textual analyses examine a neglected perspective on the study of media representations of migration by examining a particular practice through which people engage with news images and participate in (re)construction of collective memory in relation to irregular migration. Eurooppalaisen viitekehyksen (EVK) merkitys kielikoulutukselle on lisännyt tutkimusta sen taitotasojen kielellisistä piirteistä; tarkempi tieto näistä piirteistä auttaisi EVK:n soveltamista opetusmateriaalien, kurssien ja arviointin laatimiseen. Tutkimuksessa selvitettiin eroavatko EVK:n tasot toisistaan syntaksin kompleksisuuden perusteella. Suomalaiset 14- ja 17-vuotiaat englannin oppijat (N=379) kirjoittivat kolme kirjoitelmaa, jotka arvioitiin EVK:n taitotasoille. The Greenlandic oral story-telling tradition, Oqaluttuaq, meaning “history,” “legend,” and “narrative,” is recognized as an important entry point into Arctic collective memory. The graphic artist Nuka K. Godtfredsen and his literary and scientific collaborators have used the term as the title of graphic narratives published from 2009 to 2018, and focused on four moments or ‘snippets’ from Greenland’s history (from the periods of Saqqaq, late Dorset, Norse settlement, and European colonization). Pyrazolium- and 1,2-Cyclopentadiene-Based Ligands as σ-Donors: a Theoretical Study of Electronic Structure and Bonding

A high-level theoretical investigation of 1,2-cyclopentadiene (4) was performed using density functional theory and wave function methods. The results reveal that, in contrast to earlier assumptions, the ground state of this ephemeral “allene” is carbene-like with a small diradical component. Furthermore, the electronic structure and chemistry of 4 are found to parallel that of 1,2,4,6-cycloheptatetraene: both molecules possess a low-lying excited singlet state with a closed-shell carbenic structure, enabling rich coordination chemistry.
