The compositions of asteroids are of interest for the planetary sciences, mining, and planetary defense. The main method for evaluating these compositions is reflectance spectroscopy. Spectroscopic measurements performed from Earth can not resolve how different materials are distributed on the asteroids, making flyby-- and rendezvous missions necessary for obtaining detailed information. Using the CubeSat platform could reduce the costs of these missions, but it also sets constraints on the payload mass and volume. The overstated generational gap in online news use? A consolidated infrastructural perspective

Recent research by Taneja et al. suggested that digital infrastructures diminish the generational gap in news use by counteracting preference structures. We expand on this seminal work by arguing that an infrastructural perspective requires overcoming limitations of highly aggregated web tracking data used in prior research. We analyze the individual browsing histories of two representative samples of German Internet users collected in 2012 ( N = 2970) and 2018 ( N = 2045) and find robust evidence for a smaller generational gap in online news use than commonly assumed. BaMgSiO4:Fe ir viens no visizteiksmīgākajiem neorganiskajiem fotohromiem materiāliem, tomēr fotohromā efekta izcelsme BaMgSiO4:Fe nav viennozīmīgi izskaidrota. Darbā ir sintezēti BaMgSiO4:Fe paraugi, un tie ir pētīti ar difūzās atstarošanās optiskās spektroskopijas un elektronu paramagnētiskās rezonanses (EPR) spektroskopijas metodēm. Darbā apspriesta fotohromā efekta izcelsme BaMgSiO4:Fe, kā arī noteikta optimālā Fe koncentrācija un sintēzes apstākļi efekta pastiprināšanai.

Litija jonu baterijas (LJB) ir viena no svarīgākajiem enerģijas uzglabāšanas ierīcēm, kuras priekšrocības ir augsts enerģijas blīvums, augsts uzlādes/izlādes ciklu skaits un laba īpatnējā jauda. Tomēr pastāvīgi nepieciešams uzlabot LJB elektrodu enerģijas blīvumu. Šajā darbā tiek pētīts elektroforētiski izgulsnēts Fe2O3/TiO2/rGO kompozīts ka anods LJB. Fe2O3 ir liela lādiņietilpība (1007 mAh/g), TiO2 dod struktūras stabilitāti un rGO piemīt augsta lādiņietilpība un liela elektrovadītspēja.
