Targetoid hemosiderotic hemangioma represents an uncommon, distinctive, benign lympho-vascular lesion, with a variable clinical appearance, typically occurs in the lower limbs and trunk. Most patients are in their 20's or 30's. We describe three dermoscopic cases followed by the review of the literature. Dermoscopic images have been collected and have been evaluated for the presence of dermoscopic features. Objective To describe the immediate effects of ischemic compression (IC) as a trigger point therapy in a case of a patient with neck pain. The application of IC is a safe and effective method to successfully treat elicited myofascial trigger points. The purpose of this method is to deliberate the blockage of blood in a trigger point area in order to increase local blood flow. This washes away waste products, supplies necessary oxygen and helps the affected tissue to heal. In this case study, we treated a 27-year-old female patient with a medical report of neck pain for at least four months. Pitfall prayer marks: Recognition and appropriate treatment: A case report and review of literature.

Prayer marks are asymptomatic callosities resulting from repeated, extended pressure, and friction exerted on bony prominences when praying on hard ground. A 41-year-old woman with ulcerative colitis treated with infliximab was referred to our clinic due to skin changes on her feet that were suspected to be drug eruptions. The patient presented several asymptomatic, hyperpigmented, and hyperkeratotic plaques over the lateral malleoli suggesting that the lesions had a mechanical cause. Further exploration revealed that the patient, a practicing Muslim, prays in a sitting position called "Julus" several times a day. Atopic dermatitis (AD) is a chronic skin disease with the etiology not yet conclusively established. Recent reports demonstrate the role of serotonin (5-hydroxytryptamine; 5-HT) in the pathogenesis of AD. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between the serum content of serotonin and depression in adult patients suffering from severe AD. There were 31 patients of the median age of 41 years enrolled into the study, who suffered from AD since childhood, and a control group that consisted of 14 healthy subjects.
